Pros:

- Leaves skin feeling cleaner/fresh
- Removes dirt from face
- Smells good
- Better complexion
- Smoother skin

Cons:

- Doesn't really brighten skin tone

This product is great! It helps wash away any dirt or stain on your face and then leaves your face feeling fresh and renewed. All you have to do is... 1. Wash your hands with soap to remove dirt and bacteria from them. 2. Wet your face with warm water. 3. Apply Aveeno Skin Brightening Scrub to your face and gently massage it onto you skin. 5. Rinse face with warm water. 6. Pat skin dry with a clean towel. 7. You're done! Your skin will feel smoother and cleaner afterwards. The only flaw with this is that it doesn't really brighten your skin a whole lot, only a little bit. But still a great product nevertheless.

This is the first aveeno product i have used, and i love it. i am on my second bottle right now. Before this I was using biore scrub, and it was really good. I heard that this product was better so i had to try it out... and it is! I love it!

Pros:

it cleanses my face,does not clog pores,make my face feel really soft and clean, evens out skin tone really well, is gentle for sensitive skin and for everyday use, and smells AMAZING!

Cons:

none at all

I recommend this product if you: - have uneven skin tone - want to a brighter complexion - has sensitive skin (other skin types can use this but it's mainly for people with sensitive skin) - want smooth skin

Pros:

Gets skin really clean!
Love the little microbeads
I'm not allergic to it!!!
Soothes skin!

Cons:

A liiiiiiittle bit pricey, but it's worth it!

My skin is super weird. It's really oily, but then sometimes I get these horrible dry patches!!! I have mostly residual red marks and a few pimples now. It's a nice gentle exfoliator for anybody. If your skin is super dry, it might not be a great idea, because it cleans really well!

Pros:

It was my first time trying out any products from Aveeno and it was on sale at Shopper's the time I bought it (around $8.99). It's been working wonderfully for me (on my third bottles now)!!! I am not sure what it has that made it work, but just a note that it really helps to control my oiliness and break-out frequency. I used to have really really bad skin (bad enough to see my family doctors and dermatologists and they all recommended me to go on to Accurtane, but I didnt).

Cons:

It does have a grainy feel to it, but I think it's for the scrubbing effect. Also, I have put on moisturizing right (after toner if you use it) cleansing my face. It makes my skin feeling dry and tight if I don't moisturize, despite the fact that I have oily/combination skin.

It works really well, at least for my skin type, which is oily/combination/acne prone. I haven't tried any other products from Aveeno other than this daily scrub, so I think I will in the near future. Good luck! :)

Pros:

leaves my skin feeling soft and clean
it also doesn't dry it out! i love this stuff

Cons:

i haven't really noticed it "brighten" my skin...
but i don't really mind. i just realllly like it because it's gentle

you should get it! it's pretty great. some people say it's expensive, but it's totally worth it. and a little bit of it goes a long way so the bottle lasts a while.

Pros:

Smells great, very gentle, smells great, evens tone so skin is less shiny or red, smells great.

Cons:

Aveeno is a Johnson&Johnson product, so they test on animals. I hear it also dries out skin if used too often.

Since I don't have any acne anymore (accutane! Whoo!), I just love how it evens my skin tone. Kind of finishes the job. As long as you moisturize at night, you should have no problem with dry skin.

Doesn't Brighten Skin

So all I really have to say about this is that people are saying It's drying and what not, but you're most likely using to much at one time. I use just a drop and that covers my whole face. Moisturize after words and viola.

I have had huge brown spots on my forehead, nose and the superior part of my lip due to an expensive Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector. I was really carefull when I was applying this product, no sun AT ALL but I still got big brown spots, anyway, after using Aveno for a week, my brown spots are so light that are almost gone, I'm amazed!!! I have tryied so many different products and none of them gave me the result in only one week and I'd like to add that I'm using Palmer's brown spot correctors and I'm having a great result. Very happy!!! Remember! No sun AT ALL.

If you have light acne or are on the verge of moderate, I definatly reccomed this! Some of the reviews on this say it ruined their skin, but that is very rare and its usually because you are being rough when you wash it. This product works gently to clean your skin and make it look healthy. Unlike other face washes, it moisturizes your skin and leaves it feeling soft. I LOVED IT! However, if you have severe acne, I would definatly recomend simply using this as a wash if you need to get off makeup or something, not as a huge acne treater. -THIS IS GREAT FOR A GOOD SKIN CLEANING!
