So far so good

Pros:

Helped with Hyper-pigmentation
Helped with Acne
Made my skin feel soft

Cons:

Might smell depending on which brand you buy

Used just a plain non-fat Greek Yogurt on my face and so far I've been seeing amazing results. Even though its only been a month, my hyper-pigmentation has definitely improved which was my main concern. Sometimes I add lemon juice and sometimes I add licorice extract to help speed up the process of evening out my skin. As far as the acne is concerned, I only break out horribly during my menstrual cycle however, for the first time ever when that time of the month came around, hardly any breakouts emerged and best of all no painful ones! I highly recommend this if you are experiencing similar problems with your skin.

good

Pros:

brighter complexion
soothing
reduces redness

Cons:

does not get rid of acne

I use this once in a while whenever my skin is irritated. I like to combine yogurt with cucumber and green tea ti make a soothing mask whenever i get a sun burn or my skin gets really sore and red. It moisturizes and leaves my skin looking bright and smooth.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Hate to be the harbringer of a bad review to this product but putting yoghurt on as a mask made me break out like crazy! I read all of the glowing reviews on here for it and thought I would give it a try. I used plain organic yogurt. I now have whiteheads all over my face and from only one usage.

Not recommended by me, I really wish I had never tried this because now I have to deal with the aftermath for the next week.

Try it!
This has really helped even out the discoloration in my skin so far. I've used it a few times and already see an improvemt in my completion. I wash my face with warm water and a gentle cleanser rinse, pat dry and then apply to plain organic yogurt! It really has already improved the darker marks in my face and reduced redness I feel it tightening my pores when it drys on my face if you have acne this will help with redness but remember with survere acne seek a dr they can give you antibiotics which can reduce acne a lot. I'd say this is nice for marks and redness in blemishes. I LOVE IT so easy and affordable doesn't leave my face red and sore like other acne products which are harsh on the skin. I recommend to anyone struggling with marks and reducing the appearances of them

Pros:

smooths and soothes texture instantly
stops redness
not harsh on skin
better than any synthetic cleanser

Cons:

none

I threw all my other skin cleansers in the garbage...yep...You cant go wrong here, unless you are extremely allergic to dairy. I hear goats milk yogurt is even better. Idk, plain chobani works for me or sour cream and Im sure the goats milk yogurt will cost an arm and leg at the health food stores we have. But I wouldn't not try it for that reason, this just works for me. After the first use my skin was soft and the tone was even and smooth. Much less redness. I don't let it dry completely, cause it can be really hard to get off. Let it sit for 20 minutes to see results. My skin stayed oil free for 8 hours! Unheard of for me, I have VERY oily skin...which makes it look young, but its hard to keep clear. Im not going to write a novel but check out this link and it explains exactly how probiotics restore balance to the skin, both internally and externally... Its also just plain recommended to consume yogurt if you are on antibiotics anyway to restore the good flora...which I am convinced is linked to "leaky gut" and skin issues, acne or dermatitis... Do not stop using it because your skin clears up! Most people don't want to stop anyway...Its cheap, its easy, and is so much nicer than harsh synthetic cleansers, which I am convinced begin a vicious cycle...You can buy a huge tub of plain chobani greek yogurt at sams club for less than $4...Use it as a wash, and a mask, dissolved aspirin mixed in will help the absorption process and reduces redness and swelling even more...I also buy the fruit on the bottom and eat those twice a day...Still skeptical? Go to makeup [link removed] and look up the reviews or just google them...

Pros:

The texture and smell is nice
MAKES SKIN SOFT
skin feels tight after rinsing off

Cons:

Makes skin turn red and itchy
Makes pimples itchy and worse
BREAKS OUT YOUR SKIN!!

I saw a lot of good reviews on this yogurt mask. so i decided to try it... I was impressed on the first 2 days i used yogurt mask only. I bought greek yogurt from supermarket and put it on as a mask. It felt tight and smooth on my face. I washed it off and my skin has never been so soft. It felt like it was a baby's.. But the skin around my lower chin and neck area started to itch real bad but i ignored it. I used the mask for 2 weeks. I thought the softness is good for the acne. My skin was so soft i didnt even need lotion. But THE BOTTOMLINE IS, IT DIDNT HELP MY ACNE> NOTHING AT ALL. IT MADE ACNE WORSE. For people who are not prone to acne, use it once a week or once a month for extreme softness. but if your face is acne prone, DO NOT USE THIS AS MASK OR WASH. .. or perhaps im just allergic to it.. no matter, it really aggravated my pimples anyway...

Pros:

Easy to find anywhere in the world, very cheap, highly effective

Cons:

Some may have to build a slight tolerance to it. For ultra sensitive skin I would add some honey to it.

I've used true Greek yogurt for 3 weeks now because I needed a lactic acid treatment for my non inflamed acne. I had just started the DKR and I know my skin was not ready for any type of peel or AHA lotion, MaMa and LacHydrin 5 are among the top. However I remembered that any milk product contains lactic acid. Just so happens I always have this ultra thick yogurt in the fridge. So one night I decided to do the mask and even the first time I felt a difference. I wouldn't say it burned but I was aware of my skin. Ever since then I rub about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt on my face at night after cleansing and then rinse off. This is getting my skin used to the lactic acid between masks. I'm working my way up to 2 or 3 masks a week. So far for the last month it's only been once a week. You will have some flaking so make sure you use a good exfoliator. I recommend honey and baking soda. For those who don't have access to or don't know about Greek yogurt, sour cream will work just as

Pros:

even skin tone

Cons:

needs to be done continously

it is the best thing i have used, for almost everything. but it may not help the worsts of acne as it is not acne treatment. in a way it makes ance less appearent so they look diminished, I can guarantee that it was the best treatment i have ever used in my life. plus it's natural, and no side effects! i haven't been doing
