Best acne product ever!!!!!

Cons:

Dries skin
May bleach clothes and hair

This product has saved my life. Okay, that might be a slight exaggeration, but it is AMAZING! I have suffered from acne for 10 years and I have tried everything under the sun to alleviate it. I've used prescriptions, birth control, makeups, vitamins, creams, etc. I even went so far as to use Accutane a few years ago. Persa gel produced better results than Accutane. Please never stop making it! :)

Pros:

Works Quickly
Absorbs Quickly
Relatively Cheap
Small Amount Goes a Long Way

Cons:

Dries Out Skin quickly
Small Package

This product works well for moderate to severe acne. I noticed a very noticeable difference in my acne within a week of starting use. When used with a good cleanser and an effective moisturizer it is very effective at reducing the size and appearance of acne. I can get a generic of this product for $3-4 at most retailers and noticed an almost immediate effect shortly after starting use. I use it sparingly 2-3 times per day in accordance with the directions. This product can be very drying and irritating so it is crucial to use a good moisturizer after application. It is pretty much prescription strength and is good to use for people who haven't had any luck with other products. I would recommend starting with one application per day until your skin acclimates to the product, and working your way up to the recommended dose from there. I would probably not recommend this product to people with sensitive skin due to possible irritation. Overall I believe this product is very effective for treating acne.

Pros:

Clears up acne
Dries fast
Only spot treatment I've found that works!

Cons:

Dries your skin out so use a moisturizer, price has gone up from what I remember but it's still cheap. Be careful with how much you put on, I wear this stuff to bed and it's bleached my pillow cases multiple times.

I love this stuff, it works like no other. I've been using the Persa Gel 10 for well over a year now and it's hard to switch to anything else. I tried the Target brand version and it just wasn't the same.

Pros:

It works really fast. It got rid of most of my breakouts in a couple of days.

Cons:

It REALLY dries out your skin. And I have super oily skin.

Its great, but make sure you use a moisturizer afterwards.

Pros:

In about 3 days, my terrible skin was completely clear.

Cons:

Dryness. But a great moisturizer will balance that out.

I was a jock. I was always playing some sport, running around, and being active. I also wore lots of makeup overtime just to cover up the acne. I started a new job and I realized the stress was getting to me very badly and made my jawlines and my cheeks breakout like CRAZY. I ended up grabbing this off of the shelf because it said "10%" benzoyl peroxide. I figured "I have dreadful skin, this has to work" I use it at night before I go to bed all over my face and I wake up and wash it off with an exfoliating face wash and then use Biore' moisture lotion to balance out the dryness it creates. Overall...an amazing product.

Pros:

gets rid of zits SO QUICKLY. for those big, annoying ones: sometimes overnight!

Cons:

drying and irritating to the skin

It works really well to zap away pimples, but does make your skin dry, flaky, peely, etc. But anything with BP does that.
