shiny hair

Pros:

general improvement in skin and texture

all birth controls have been very different for me, and i am assuming that results are not the same for everyone, but this contraceptive is improving my skin when others have not. i did not start seeing a difference until the end of my third package (3 months), my acne is clearing up, and i am assuming that it will only get better since both my family doctor and dermatologist say it is not uncommon have no results until 3 - 6 months. i have not experienced any mood swings, which is to say a lot because i had major problems with birth controls like tricyclen lo. i really have not experienced any other side effects than those that come with any birth control (any sort of breast enlargement has been no different between say marvelon and diane). TIP: although i have no expirience with them yet, i am considering buying diane online. you fax online pharmacies your prescription and it seems legitimate. I pay $40 in the drug store and you can get 3 packages for $70 on most online

Pros:

Clear skin, regular period's and yes bigger boobs.

Cons:

Sore boobs, weight gain and incredibily moody and emotional.

Been on it for 3 months and I'm condidering going off it? Not sure as love having clear skin. Maybe 3 more months. And then I will see how I feel then.

Pros:

Cleared up the rare form of acne on my back when NOTHING else worked, regular longer periods giving less pain.

Cons:

Acne came back when I stopped the pill.

I tried everything to stop getting the horrible, painful spots (more like hives) on my back, which I had been getting for 5 years. I am 33 years old. After consulting several dermatologists, and all treatment failing, I was given two solutions, try Diane 35 and if that didnt work then it would be a very serious treatment with a lot of side effects. Thankfully Diane 35 worked. I swear by it. The only trouble is when I came off it, about two months later the spots reappeared.

Pros:

Clear skin, bigger breast(thank God), cheap plan

Cons:

Slight weight gain, moodiness, depression

I was fortunate to not have acne as a teenager however as an adult I have suffered severely with acne. I have tried everything, from diet, exercise, antibiotics, creams........and I can go on but nothing helped. I've been on Diane 35 for 2 months now and the results are awesome. My skin has cleared up and I get compliments all the time. I definitely recommend this treatment for acne.

Pros:

Clearer skin day by day in two weeks with Acnezine twice a day and Diane 35 once a day.

Cons:

None.

23 yrs old: I have been on it for two weeks. I havent had one white head since I started my combination of Acnezine twice a day and Diane 35 once a day. I used to get a white head everyday on my cheeks and now nothing - no oil either!!! I think the acnezine is the major contributor to the positive results! I love the two together! I think that you might want to try acnezine if you have lost hope (must use the cream part of it too - to see results like mine.) The one thing I will say is... I dont have any white heads but I do see a lot of blackheads-they are so easy to remove I just litely scratch @ my face and they flake right out of the pore. Pros:

It's an amazing pill. My acne cleared up in 2 months. All I have now are scars.

Cons:

It's expensive if you don't have health insurance. $40 CAN a month.

I loved this pill. I'm trying Ortho Tricyclen Lo now since it's cheaper and hoping it'll help control my acne. Diane 35 is amazing and I'm thinking that the price is worth it. I'm 18 and my hormones were off the hook before I took it. I was on Alesse before and I had the worst acne imaginable. Okay, it wasn't that bad, but enough to make me feel like crap about myself. Diane 35 is incredible.

Pros:

Clears acne.lighter period,lower sex drive

Cons:

weight gain (i think)
(I work out 5 days a week and watch wat I eat and dont lose 1 pound in a whole mth!!!!)and thats consistent.

Been on this pill for 7 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!! love it for my acne.......the moment i stop taking it my face breaks out tremendously i coming it off and going on pro-active ...and get these extra pounds to come off

Does anyone know why this would work so well for me for a few years, but now it doesn't seem to do anything? How long does it take to work for skin? (I don't recall from the first time I started) I am very frustrated with my skin and am hoping this will help again....

Pros:

My skin was clear and luminous for 4 months and it didn't affect my moods.

Cons:

MAJOR weight gain...and I know it is harsher on your blood vessels than any of the other pills...and I didn't want to have a stroke at age 31!

I work for a dermatologist and my skin was breaking out terribly...even though I was using a Retin-A product daily. I went on Triphasil in the spring and it messed me up so badly that I never got back on track and I had cystic acne on my chin every day for months. Finally, my boss put me on Diane 35 and my skin cleared up within a day or two! Seriously! But I gained tons of weight despite working out. I have noticed more spider veins on my legs too which is a side effect.
