Pros:

Works very well with acne.

Cons:

Terrible burps if you don't drink plenty of water when you take it.

Try it, everyone is different and this product will react different with everybody.

Pros:

Easy to take

Cons:

If you burp or cough after taking the pill a it can taste really BAD

Took it for about 8 months and did virtually nothing for me. It's basically an anti-biotic. For me it's been such a waste of my time and I am still stuck with acne. My dermatologist was reluctant prescribe something new so after 8 months I will find a new one derma.

Cons:

This product is for bacterial infections, not acne!!!

I can't believe you people are taking this antibiotic for acne! I almost lost both of my hands due to a minor skin infection because there are so many resistant strains of bacteria. Bacterial resistance is a direct result of antibiotics being used for nonbacterial infections. People are having limbs amputated and dying because bacteria don't respond to antibiotics anymore. Please, stop using this product for acne.

Pros:

Definitely helped clear my mild blemishes up. Keeps my skin clear and soft.

Cons:

Causes some horrible stomach aches every now and then.

Worth a try. I've read the reviews and it doesn't work for everyone. I have used Cephalexin multiple times and it has worked for me each time. I take it three times a day, and it took about 2 weeks for me to see a BIG difference. Even though it does cause some stomach cramping, I still think it is worth it.

Pros:

I take a 500 mg capsule two times a day. In the six months I've taken Cephalexin, I haven't noticed a huge difference.

Cons:

For six months, I have had spontaneous bouts of nausea -- and my skin hasn't really cleared up that much.

Eh, try it. It might work for you. It might not.

Stinks horribly and can barely with stand the smell.

Would recommend this to any one that has acne.

Easy and effective

Had this prescribed after a septoplasty, and did some research after my skin began to clear up. Had mild acne and was almost completly clear in 5 days. Now I just need to check on long term side effects.
