Pros:

Clears up skin quite nicely, works with the regimen

Cons:

Dries up skin, balls up with moisturizer

Uh first of all, don't discredit this because my name is The Mighty Thor. I just felt like putting that. This product is basically, like some have said, a good thing to hold you over until your Dan's BP gel has arrived. I should mention that mine hasn't arrived yet, so I've never actually used it (Dan's, not this) so I can't truly say that it's better but from what I've heard it solves most of the problems this one has. First of all: of COURSE it dries up your skin, anyone who's complaining about that should, I don't know, USE A MOISTURIZER. simple as that. Your skin might feel tight at first but it will go away. Also, it will ball up a bit (especially where the layre of product stops on your face, i.e. jawline, lips, end of nose, etc.) which is kind of a pain but pretty worth the effects until you get a better product. Also, be sure to be gentle, like the regimen says.

Pros:

Great at clearning up existing acne and preventing future breakouts, it also seems to help oily skin stay matte.

Cons:

Small tube, and some irritation/flakiness (stings if used anywhere above cheekbones)

I find this is a great product for my existing acne, especially since the BP level is just 2.5% I've used SA products in the past, but they seem to lose their effectiveness on me after a while. This just keeps working, and it keeps my cystic acne at bay.

Pros:

Clears up some acne when used with clenser and toner

Cons:

Stops working if you skip one day, causes small bumps on face, disrupts bacteria and Ph of face and in winter dries out skin tremendously, very small bottle that didn't last long

This is not a miracle cure for acne even if you use it in a regimen. Those of us with hormonal acne still break out with it. Also, it gave my skin a lot of redness that, although would eventually fade, was annoying to deal with. Even though i used it faithfully, i would still always have new acne bumps to deal with, especially on my cheeks. It seemed to have upset the oil balance on my face. Now that i haven't used BP regimen in over a month, the agravatting pimples on my cheeks are gone, in their place are small milia on my forehead from the BP. I do not recommend this product because of it's potential health hazards. It is currently on the FDA's list of products that they have not evaulated as either safe or unsafe, due to studies that suggest BP is a tumor causing agent. Also, just to let everyone know, cosmetic/face care companies never have to have their products evaluated by FDA. So watch out and don't use BP more than you have to until its true effects are known.

Pros:

Really works

Cons:

Can dry skin

After about aweek of using this product, my skin appeared really dry and flaky. It felt the same way too. It appers that this problem is also effecting some other people who responded. The way I stopped this was by using Cetaphill before using the On-the-spot. Now my skin looks better than ever.

Pros:

It keeps pimples away

Cons:

drys your skin up.

It works well, but it drys your so it's all flaky and gross. Make sure you have a moisturizing cream when using.

This is the worst spot treatment I've ever used, my skin is dry, red and irritated, and the pimples are still there, for me it did not work, now I have to wait probably months until my skin gets better

Pros:

You can pick this up in a drugstore to use while you're waiting for your delivery of Dan's bp gel to arrive.

Cons:

It doesn't glide on or soak in as well as Dan's bp gel. It balls up. It tugs at the skin, thus irritating it.

Holds you over until Dan's bp gel arrives.
