Pros:

Keeps skin from getting oily

Cons:

Expensive, and you have to use a LOT of it for it to work. Also doesn't seem to go on as invisible as the regimen gel.

Well the bottom line is, it keeps my severe (yes, severe as in cystic) acne under control better than any prescription I've used (never been on accutane though). When used with the regimen it is nearly a miracle. I like the Neutrogena better than the regimen gel, but that is probably because I have oily skin, if your skin is normal or dry then the regimen gel may be better.

Pros:

Frankly, it's working for me. As it's descriped on this site. Waiting for the Daniel Kern's regiment gel...

Cons:

Really too expensive! used up one tube every week. And it's balling up all the time. And it causes flaking. Sometimes people wondering what I have on my face... I have to explain a lot each time. Anyway, pimples are almost gone...

I think like its name, On the spot, it'll be excellent only for the "spot". When it comes to the general application on the face, problems are caused. I didn't try the Daniel's regiment at beginning, cos it's quite complicate to get it in China. But finally I ordered them this morning, Even including the UPS service, it would be much cheapper than the Neutrogena cream(here in China, we buy it at $8). If you're outside the US, I think it's not a bad idea to try this one first, just to see if the BP really works for you.

Pros:

I don't know...

Cons:

Doesn't really do much, it costs alot for a tiny tube, and it tends to make my pimples bleed when my fingers accendentaly brush it.

Use this for spot treatment. Just as the name says. I got some Neutrogena Daily Scrub for about a dollar less, and the bottle is bigger than this Neutrogena On-the-Spot. Plus, the Scrub did alot more for me then On-the-Spot.

Pros:

Works very well.

Cons:

Too expensive and tube seems to run out quickly.

I much prefer Dan's benzoyl peroxide, but this is easy to buy at your local drug store.

Pros:

It cleared a few pimples.

Cons:

My face was swollen to the point where I can't even smile because it would feel very uncomfortable due to the dryiness. It's overdrying and it stings like crazy!!

Didn't work for me. I'm currently using Clean and Clear 10% and it's turning out okay. I'm still waiting for Dan's gel and giving that a try.

Pros:

Good for applying to small zits, absorbs well.

Cons:

Doesn't clear up spots any faster than just waiting for them to subside on their own.

Not a high enough concentration of BP for me, so this stuff didn't really work at all. Sometimes I put it on small zits, but I don't think it makes any difference.
