Pros:

it does clear up some pimples, and reduce blemishes

Cons:

frigging drying! May cause peeling, burning sensation.

IM FREAKING OUT OKAY, I GOT A 2 BROWN PATCHES WHERE I APPLIED THIS PRODUCT! Dont listen when ppl say to put it all over, just use this on pimples directly. It does help, but dont use this product excessively. And if ya feel a weird burning sensation, my advice is to wash it off before skin discolouration occurs.

Pros:

Contains benzoyl peroxide, and active ingredient, which is helpful for blemish-prone skin.

Cons:

Contains wax that may cause blemishes to become worse.

Is an okay product for those who rarely break-out.

Pros:

Seems to work well as part of "The Regimen." It's my 2nd week on "The Regimen" and it's going well. I'm psyched!!!

Cons:

Does not "glide" over the skin -- becomes a bit tacky with a toothpaste-like consistency. Therefore it is difficult to spread it around gently, without feeling like I am dragging or pulling my skin a bit, with my fingertips.

I'm 33 and have light acne. I have been following "The Regimen" perfectly, for about 2 weeks: 1. I wash with Neutrogena soap (the "acne-prone skin formula" which is non-medicated, it's just the traditional amber-colored, transparent face soap.) 2. Then I apply Neutrogena "On The Spot" all over my face, as dictated by The Regimen. 3. Lastly, I apply a generic, drugstore version of Cetaphil Lotion. 4. No sunblock. I'm very fair, so I religiously wear a sun hat. I have found that this product (Neutrogena On-The-Spot) works well with The Regimen. I am generally doing all three steps, morning and night. My face gets too red at times, so, over the course of the past 2 weeks, I have occasionally eliminated ONE of the twice-daily BP doses (instead, I gently wash my face, and only apply moisturizer afterwards.) I plan to reward myself by ordering Dan's "AHA+" in August. I think I will incorporate the AHA+ very gradually. Perhaps using it twice a

Pros:

Easily absorbed, good consistency (I like the cream), does the job...

Cons:

It's only a months worth if you use it as the regimen

I gave the regimen a try and its been 2 weeks. I'll update after a month but want to now because I like it. First few times was slightly irritating, but no overall redness or dryness. I have sensitive/combo skin and it is gentle & balances my t-zone oiliness. I mainly break out on my right side...but it still has evened out my left which is now super clear and even. It has brought long lingering little undergrounders to surface and am in that phase after 2 weeks. I notice they go away much faster and will continue to use am/pm. I had no idea this was a preventative treatment, makes sense, & I hope there is no immunity.

Pros:

actually works.

Cons:

dries skin out, small tube, expensive.

I tried Dan's BP and it dried me out so much it was disgusting. I dont know why but this stuff actually doesnt dry my face nearly as much as dan's did and worked faster and better. Of course everyones skin is different but a gentle cleanser, neutrogina on-the-spot and dan's moisterizer is my solution that works.

Pros:

This is heaven in a bottle for me! When I first started using it my face was covered with blemishes but this got rid of them in 4 days. It doesn't irritate my skin, and it works quickly.

Cons:

It's a bit pricey for such a small bottle, but it's worth it.

It works like a charm.
