I was suffering from annoying pimples and an oily face, when I finally just decided to give up all the anti acne products and he scar remover creams that I was using. I went out a bought this moisturizer and goat milk soap and began to use it on my face. After a month and 2 months I have no acne, my skin has "stabilized" and my scars have been reduced. I know that this is not an anti acne cream; however, it helped me so much more than any other acne treatment system out there, and I have tried almost all.

Pros:

Lightweight cream

Cons:

This irritated my skin immediately after I put it on. It started stinging and burning and I had to take it off, so I didn't get to see how moisturizing it would be at all.

Irritated my skin terribly! (I have sensitive skin, very dry in some parts and oily in others).

Pros:

Moisturizes well and it is very light weight. I find it easy to use. Doesn't run when sweating. Moisturizes well on my oily/combination skin

Cons:

Leaves white stuff in beard and eyebrows. Nothing major since i remove with a bit of water before leaving.

This is the best moisturizer I've used. no smell, works great. Will recomend all to try. It is a decent price as well

Pros:

cheap, doesn't leave behind residue or shine.

Cons:

Doesn't moisturize dry zones properly. Actually caused skin irritation in the cheek area just below the eyes, alongside either side of my nose.

For my combination skin this product is lousy. I tried it on 4 different occasions, each time it produced the same result. Threw it out and will buy LaRoche Rosaliac tomorrow which is a FAR superior product and worth the added expense ($30). The neutrogena was a mild skin irritant and caused redness, I will not buy this product again.

Pros:

It's very light weight and has a nice feeling.

Cons:

Doesn't moisturize well. I wouldn't use it while using the regimen. No spf 15.

It's a nice light moisturizer but I stopped using it after I started the regimen. It didn't moisturize my skin well enough to keep up with the BP. I switched to Cetaphil daily moisturizer with spf 15.

Pros:

light and nongreasy. safe for my sensitive skin

Cons:

does not moisturize very well

I would only recommend this moisturizer to those with oily skin. I have combination skin(very dry in some areas and oily in the T-zone) and it did absolutely nothing to moisturize my dry areas.

Pros:

Absorbs fast, light feel, lasts forever

Best moisturizer ever! I have oily/combination skin and this moisturizes the dry areas without gunking up the oily areas too much. Plus it's the perfect quick-fix when I get a little overzealous with harsh cleansers. A little goes a long way--I bought my first bottle three years ago, and I only just now need a new one. It does leave a weird sheen at the end of a long day, but that might just be my super-oily skin. All in all, it's the BEST MOISTURIZER EVER.

Pros:

An inexpensive foundation for people who'd liketo moisturize and protect from the sun.

Cons:

Dreadful result as moisturizer in Dan Kern's Regimen for me. After the moisturizer had time to dry, all locations with bp became huge flakes. My face also became more oily than usual, which is saying a lot. Not a pretty sight.

As a female whose T-zone shines in photographs taken with a flash or in the evenings, I never use this (or other Neutrogena Oil-Free type, tried them all) moisturizer without a separate "shine" control. It does rank high in the affordability, consistency (smooth), packaging, and fragrance (none) departments. Now, if you have a similar skin type as me, I'd suggest not using this for the regimen either, unless it's the only thing you can afford and you use it at night when no one else can see you. The huge flakes come from minimal bp; I don't want to think what it'll look like when the dosage is maximized.

Pros:

none

Cons:

barely mosturizes, dosnt keep oil away at all, expensive, makes face kinda red, sucks.

this is horrible! it dosnt do one thing it says it does! when i put it on after i wash, and put bp on, (i let bp dry). it dosnt do a thing. dosnt get rid of flakes unless you keep puting it on like 5 times in a row. no lie. also i can take a oil absorbing sheet and soak up oil right after rubbing it in gently. not to mention it makes my face reder than usual. but atleast that goes away after like 30min. u need to aply it about 2-5 times to get mostureized. DONT GET THIS PRODUCT!
