Pros:

It's very light weight and has a nice feeling.

Cons:

Doesn't moisturize well. I wouldn't use it while using the regimen. No spf 15.

It's a nice light moisturizer but I stopped using it after I started the regimen. It didn't moisturize my skin well enough to keep up with the BP. I switched to Cetaphil daily moisturizer with spf 15.

Pros:

light and nongreasy. safe for my sensitive skin

Cons:

does not moisturize very well

I would only recommend this moisturizer to those with oily skin. I have combination skin(very dry in some areas and oily in the T-zone) and it did absolutely nothing to moisturize my dry areas.

Pros:

An inexpensive foundation for people who'd liketo moisturize and protect from the sun.

Cons:

Dreadful result as moisturizer in Dan Kern's Regimen for me. After the moisturizer had time to dry, all locations with bp became huge flakes. My face also became more oily than usual, which is saying a lot. Not a pretty sight.

As a female whose T-zone shines in photographs taken with a flash or in the evenings, I never use this (or other Neutrogena Oil-Free type, tried them all) moisturizer without a separate "shine" control. It does rank high in the affordability, consistency (smooth), packaging, and fragrance (none) departments. Now, if you have a similar skin type as me, I'd suggest not using this for the regimen either, unless it's the only thing you can afford and you use it at night when no one else can see you. The huge flakes come from minimal bp; I don't want to think what it'll look like when the dosage is maximized.
