Pros:

cleans face well ( salycic acid )

Cons:

dried up way too much

i found this cleanser great the first time i used it, but the first time it was almost irritating though when it says on the bottle "gentle yet effective" i got red rashy, bumpy dried skin around my mouth, chin and nose. ( note: im on perscriptions such as differin 0.1% cream, and minocycline capsules. ) i will now reduce the use of this to once every / every other day. i will recommend this if you use moisterizor right after and using once every day or one every other day depending on sensitivity.

Pros:

It helps dry the skin.. and remove pimples (only till a certain extent)

Cons:

- It causes too much dryness at times.
- It will cause extreme irritation if used with another pimple clearing cream (Eg - Bioderma).
- It caused the development of yellow powder over my face.

Never use this cleanser with any other pimple clearing creams otherwise ur skin will suffer EXTREME irritation.. However its safe to use it alone.. However, as a teenager i still had new pimples coming up on my face (in very small numbers, say 2 or 3)..

Cons:

-Dried up skin
-Left a shine on the face
-Bad pump bottle (can't carry around for vacation)

I saw commercials on this product so I decided to try it out. At first, it was a good cleanser. I stopped using it and tried other products and came back to it once again. This time, it dried out my skin and left flaky patches on my nose, chin, EVERYWHERE. Im trying to get rid of this product and will never buy neutrogena cleansing products anymore because I also tried the pink grapefruit foaming scrub and it also dried up my skin and left a shine on the face.

Pros:

Made my skin feel clean, helped clear up my skin, made my skin feel soft

Cons:

DRY I went so dry I started peeling-it could've been due to the Neutrogena Combination Skin Moisturiser I was using though-since I have stopped using that my skin has got better. Also the dryness got better after I stuck with the products for a while

It was good and worked well, although don't expect it to clear up all your acne. A rich moisturiser is needed though, so as to counteract the dryness. If you do experience dryness, it might be good 2 stick with it for a couple of weeks, as mine did get better as my skin climatised to the product.

Pros:

At one point it got rid of my acne, sort of gentle, and it was easy to use.

Cons:

Dries out skin, smells awful, the bottle always leaked when I dropped it, didn't got rid of my acne.

This product is not worth it, it took weeks for it to start to work and after some time it stopped working. I used it exactly how the directions told me to use it. Sucks!

Pros:

it doesn't make acne any worse; easy to use; pretty cheap too. (:

Cons:

SMELLS gross, like rubbing chemicals all over my face; doesn't reeeeally clear skin; dries.

yeah, I don't really like it all that much. when I used it, it tended to dry my skin out heaps & make it shiny, & it also made it feel like.. dried clay all over it. really taut... like I'd just had botox or something. it doesn't really clear my acne, but didn't make it any worse. overall, just not really worth it, & doesn't suit my skin.
