Pros:

clears a few pimples
smells nice

Cons:

doesn't prevent pimples from popping up again
leaves skin tight and dry WITHOUT moisturizer after

I see a lot of people have been saying that you break out after using it once, and that is because every time you use a new product it charges through your skin layers and pushes the pimples deep down that are generating that would appear in like a week and just pushes them out. That's why you break out when you try a new product. I have been using this product for a LONG time. I am growing out of loving it because I need something a little more effective. Although, it is a nice product. BUT you DO need a good moisturizer after you use this. All these other people obviously haven't been moisturizing that's why they are getting the dry effect. MOISTURIZER IS KEY GUYS!!

Pros:

Cleared up a few pimples.
Breakouts didnt get much worse.

Cons:

Didnt clear enough pimples.
Skin got quite dry and tight.
After washing my face with this cleanser my face was red.

Although this cleanser did clear up a few blemishes, it didnt fully do anything major. If anything it probably just keep them at bay for a little while.

Pros:

good smell
feels clean and gentle

Cons:

dries skin

it works ok, yes, i still have some acne, but its not as bad as it was. The product takes away and prevents major pimples, but it doesn't seem to work as well on black heads, as i still have a large majority on my nose, and am getting new ones on my forehead. After only a week of using the product, my skin became extremely dry and flaky around my mouth, nose, forehead, and chin. My cheeks are also itchy. This is odd because i have an oily T-zone, and never had dry skin on my face before.I use a moisturizer for very dry skin right after using the product plus several times a day, and it hasnt helped. Bottom line is, if you can bare having extremely dry skin, give this product a try.

Pros:

Cleared acne in a month
Gentle on skin
Can miss a day without major breakout
Smells nice
Inexpensive

Cons:

Dries skin out without any moisturizer

I love this product! It's very gentle and I have combination skin, so it was very hard to find a good acne cleanser product for sensitive skin like mine. But, Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash is my new best friend! It has cleared up my skin amazingly and it's so gentle. The only bad thing about it is that it can dry out your skin if you don't apply any moisturizer on your face after washing it.

Cons:

dryness
itchyness
cracking
inflammation
small blister like spots all over lower face and neck

2 uses and my face was a mess - I am assuming this is an allergic reaction to something in this particular product. I have never reacted so poorly to any face soaps and am not allergic to any known foods or products. Other salicylic acid products have not bothered me, so I remain unsure of what particular ingredient caused this. Discontinued use immediately and after 4 days my face has still not recovered.

Pros:

- Smell
- Nice feeling after first use

Cons:

- Dry skin

Do not use this product if your skin is not too oily. I regret the moment I used it. I can ´t believe it doesnt advise you about it. My skin is so dry and flaky after 1 week I havent used it. I have to apply orchidea oil and aloe vera every single day, three or four times per day, as I feel that my skin splits. Normally, I like Neutrogena products. But this one is terrible!! And I bought it at a Pharmacy, recommended by them!

Pros:

- Cheap
- Nice smell

Cons:

- Does NOT help acne
- Dries out skin even after 1st use
- Makes pimples appear inflamed
- Caused a few pimples

I generally do not have sensitive skin, and I am not allergic to salicylic acid. But, I'm having a severe reaction because of this and I've read other reviews having similar problems. My eye lids are swollen and my whole face is EXTREMELY tight and inflamed. It's absolutely painful! I have to put layers of lotion on right now to just barely soothe it. Please, DO NOT buy this! I don't have sensitive skin and I never get irritation from products except this, so I think it could happen to anyone.

Pros:

- smells pretty good
- I like how it foams

Cons:

- didn't do anything to my acne
- I realized my face had grown more little pimples which I though was weird .. :/

So , I only use this like when I go to my sisters place && it makes my face more pimply , which I hate . Also that's why I didn't pay for it , my friend has it . It also drys out my face a lot .. But I do like the smell and the gel . Overall , I do not recommend it ...

Pros:

It smells good

Cons:

Itches my face
Leaves my face dry
Irritates it
Broke me out

I've been using this product for more than a year. At first it was wonderful, it smelled good made my blemishes go down. After a good amount of time it cleared my acne and I had one zit maybe every couple of weeks and it would go away fast. A couple months after I broke out terribly. I know it's stupid but I was kind of in denial about it and kept using the product. I had to wash my face only once a day because it would irritate it too bad. I'm currently using it and I don't know why. I guess I'm afraid of switching cleaners but don't even bother getting this. Currently I am broken out and it's been like this for a while. I don't get acne at all I think face soap would help more than this. Don't waste your money or your clear skin.
