im not sure
ive been trying a lot of stuff and nothing seemed to help me with acne, then i bought this and I've been using it. at first my skin didnt really feel different, but lately my skin hasnt been getting acne and the ones i had are basically gone AND my skin is brighter. i love that. however, after i use it my skin feels kind of..plastic and i started getting dryness around the edge of my nose and today i noticed the left side of my mouth going towards my cheek is starting to get dry too. its king of worring me. i read in another review somewere below you need a moisturizer cream after it, does BB Cream count? i dont wanna stop using it cuz its really helping me with my acne but the dryness is kind of worring me :/

Pros:

-Reduces Oil
-Reduces Acne
(-:

Cons:

-Does dry your skin up a bit (to me it did around my chin so it felt itchy so I avoided using the product around that area so it went away :p)

Overall it does make your skin look better and feel fresh. If you have light acne, using it twice a day will be enough (in the morning & before going to bed) .

Pros:

THE BEST PRODUCT EVER! This face wash is so good and active on your face. For those who complain on the smell it doesn't matter! You need a wash that will clears off all the sweat and dirt while at the same time minimizing the size of your acne. I wash my face every moring and night. I also use it after going outside for more than an hour because i have been sweating or whatever. It's not a face wash that makes your skin dry so you use at least 3 or 4 times a day or even 5 times a day.

Cons:

None!

This product is seriously amazing for anyone! Buy it because it is so CHEAP! Got mine at Walmart. For me i use this product then after i use Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion, even though i don't have dry skin and this face wash doesn't dry my skin at all, who doesn't what even more moisturized skin. This Aveeno lotion you can buy at Costco for like 15 bucks for a package of 2 (bottles are 20 Fl. oz it's huge and lasts a long time). Other thing i remembered to many people after using the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne wash and the Aveeno lotion mentioned above is the POND'S clarant B3 which helps with dark spots and makes your skin glow. You can get it at target in the section were they sell lots of travel size stuff its pink and it only a $1.50 (1.75 oz or 50ml). It helps with skin completion. The only thing about ponds is your skin needs to be completely dry so after you was your face with Neutrogena Oil-Free acne wash wait 30 minutes so you face is towel dry and air dry. Go out and Buy the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash and the other products because. (Sorry about the extra products recommend, I just thought all of those who read this should know what really helps with your acne, skin completion, dark spots and dry skin). over all if you buy all 3 products you spent $21.50 pulse tax that if you buy them from the stores i got them. you can also get them online cheaper so ya. GET CLEAR SKIN! WHOOOOOHOO!!!!

Pros:

good smell
feels clean and gentle

Cons:

dries skin

it works ok, yes, i still have some acne, but its not as bad as it was. The product takes away and prevents major pimples, but it doesn't seem to work as well on black heads, as i still have a large majority on my nose, and am getting new ones on my forehead. After only a week of using the product, my skin became extremely dry and flaky around my mouth, nose, forehead, and chin. My cheeks are also itchy. This is odd because i have an oily T-zone, and never had dry skin on my face before.I use a moisturizer for very dry skin right after using the product plus several times a day, and it hasnt helped. Bottom line is, if you can bare having extremely dry skin, give this product a try.

Pros:

Cleared acne in a month
Gentle on skin
Can miss a day without major breakout
Smells nice
Inexpensive

Cons:

Dries skin out without any moisturizer

I love this product! It's very gentle and I have combination skin, so it was very hard to find a good acne cleanser product for sensitive skin like mine. But, Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash is my new best friend! It has cleared up my skin amazingly and it's so gentle. The only bad thing about it is that it can dry out your skin if you don't apply any moisturizer on your face after washing it.

Pros:

Great for oily skin in summer
Good for mild to moderate acne in the summer
A little goes a long way; use just one pump!

Cons:

Contains a strong detergent; do not use this product more than twice a day!
Will dry out skin that is being treated with a strong anti-acne cream
Probably too strong for winter use

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit Facial Cleanser This is an excellent cleanser for my somewhat sensitive, combination mature skin on my face in the hot and humid weather. I wash with it twice a day, using warm water and I have not had a breakout since I started to use it a few weeks ago. My acne is not that severe, but I do tend to get deep pimples on my cheeks that leave scars, and also smaller ones on my chin. If skin feels dry afterwards, spritz or dab lightly with water and apply a TINY bit of Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer lightly all over face. (You always need less moisturiser than you think; the key is to apply only a little moisturizer to damp skin to help seal in moisture.) No more than twice a week, I also use Clean & Clear Soft In-Shower Facial to supplement the action of the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, but I use this revitalising scrub mask only because I do not have any sensitive pimples on my face at the moment.

Pros:

Works for about a week
Lathers
Okay smell
Washes off easily
Fairly inexpensive

Cons:

EXTREMELY DRYING

I have very sensitive skin, and this looked gentle enough. I was wrong. I've been using it for about three weeks. Today, i washed with it and after i dried my skin, my whole face was flaky and scaly. I definitely do not recommend this product for people with sensitive skin. I am thinking about switching over to cetaphil gentle cleanser.

Pros:

None to mention. The bottle looks like it can do the job.

Cons:

Gave me new acne
Caused the breakout of all breakouts
Smells bad
Did I say it caused the ring of fire to form on my face

BEWARE!!!! This product helped me discover acne I never knew existed on my face. I went from trying to clear a few stubborn areas to a full out double cheek coverage monstrous assault! The acne was so so horrid that even when I dropped my baby off at school, the teachers greeted my acne. I was talking to them and they were looking at my cheeks like WTF happened? Please stay away from this product unless you have skin and money to waste.
