Do not recommend
Took a risk and purchased this hoping for good results. Terrible mistake! I've been using this for a couple weeks and it has done nothing but make my skin worse. I thought it might've been purging but now i have acne on places i didn't have before. I used to have acne between my eyebrows and it was veeerrrry very mild. now it's all over my forehead cheeks and chin. I switched back to natural remedies and my cetaphil cleanser but my face still looks like a pizza. it's getting under control but WOULD NEVER EVER EVER BUY THIS AGAIN. Do not recommend at all!!!

Made acne worse but good makeup remover
This face wash did nothing but increase my acne within the first 2 weeks of using it. The smell is also very sickening. However it is a very good makeup remover, and makeup brush cleaner. So if any of you paid some good money for this wash and it doesn't work, don't throw it away, use it for cleaning your makeup tools instead!!

Dries skin, doesnt work at all
I have purchased two bottles of this and have used at least a full one. I dont know why I keep using it, but I dont anymore. It doesnt work at all for acne, in fact I think this is why I broke out. It went from a few pimples to huge ones all over my forehead. It also dries out skin. I switched to Cetaphil.

Pros:

Nice color/smell

Cons:

Dries out skin INCREDIBLY.
Turns pimples into mosquito bite looking rash
OVERPRICED for what it's worth.
MANNNY CONS.

After washing with this once I didn't see a major difference.. just that my skin smelled nice. However.. around after using it for 2 weeks, my face erupted into what I thought were zits.. but they weren't! It was a weird, mosquito bite looking, widespread RASH. I didn't know what to do, and i SURELY didn't want to leave my house. On top of that was also that my skin was peeling around the unflattering bumps. I went back to using a calming face wash and it luckily cleared it rather quickly.. BUT SPARE YOURSELF. DO *NOT* USE THIS PRODUCT. IT IS TRASH.

Smells delicious, but makes your face furious
This stuff smells awesome but after the first wash, I felt my skin tingle. I thought that meant it was doing its job, but after several uses I got irritation around my eyes and chin. Then the worst happened, my acne became much worse. Nope.

Not good
After the 2nd wash I got irritation around my left eye I ignored it because I thought it was a bug bite, but for 3rd wash both eyes were irritated AF after I remove my makeup and the itchiness was there as well. So desappointed that I wasted my money. My face is oily, acne prone and has dark marks with huge pores

Pros:

- Cheap
- Contains Salicylic Acid
- Foaming, therefore bottle lasts longer

Cons:

- Over-drying
- Contains coloring
- Grapefruit fragrance is very overpowering

I purchased this on a whim after running out of Avène Cleanance cleanser. I didn't have much money so I figured it would be good enough to tide me over as my acne had subsided for the time being. I've only used it twice, and refuse to use it again. I hate to be the bearer of bad news. It's ridiculously drying to even my very oily skin, and this dryness seems to have only encouraged more blemishes to appear. I had to pile on the jojoba oil to get some moisture back into my skin. This product is far too harsh for all skin types, even the most oily. Also, the grapefruit fragrance could knock someone out. If you're looking for a cleanser that will leave your skin squeaky-clean, this is it. But keep in mind that squeaky feeling is a loss of the protective acid mantle on your face due to alkaline chemicals like soap. Loss of your acid mantle leaves your skin feeling dry, tight and irritated and takes hours to be replaced. Your skin ph level is slightly acidic, so it's best to use cleansers close to this. I'm going back to using Avène Cleanance from now on.
