Pros:

-Skin felt soft after it was absorbed
-Diminished Redness of popped pimples or areas that were picked at
-Healed Broken skin and open wounds twice as fast
-Soothing on irritated skin
-Reduces the look of Acne scars

Cons:

-Looks Greasy (just use it at home)

If your a picker, or you just can't help but to pop that ugly zit, this is for you!! I have good skin. I don't breakout, I don't have a ton of pimples, and my skin is literally as soft as a baby's bottom. But occasionally, I do get the odd pimple on my face. And when I do.. OH DAMN! I pick at it! I used to have clear, even skin, but now it's covered in scars! Neosporin sped up the healing time of the picked areas, and after ONE NIGHT I saw the minor scars disappear completely. It never broke me out at all and it was very moisturizing. Try it. You'll be amazed! :)

Pros:

helps with open pimples sometimes. really really helps with acne scabs.

Cons:

doesnt work well on popped pimples for me. can only use at night unless you wanna walk around during the day with shiny, oily ointment spots on your face.

i use it in a different way than most people. ive tried using it on a popped pimple but it doesnt seem to affect it at all. but thats expected cause i have stubborn acne. when i pop and pick at a pimple too much and then it becomes a scab, i put the neosporn on the scab and it will make the spot into a dif, healed kind of scab that you can just peel off. its weird but it works and thats how i use it!

Pros:

help heal popped zit faster

Cons:

wouldnt go out with it on
didnt seem to get ride of zit before i popped them

i was reading threw here and it seemed alot of people had good thing to say about using this. so I desided i try it since i have the worst time with over the counter thing working. I would use it every night before i'd go to bed on zit that i hadnt popped yet and it really didnt seem to do anyhting for them lest not that i could tell. so i gave up with that and popped them and started using them on zit that i had pop. I'm a bad picker so the faster i could get them to heal the better. and it did a really good job it keep be from picking at them as much and it help heal them faster. i would deff try this if ur a picker.

Perfect for scabs!
I'm a compulsive pimple-popper and scab-picker, and this is the only thing that has EVER cleared up my scabs and scars. Plus it has a nice moisturizing side-effect. Will heal a gaping red scab overnight! I prefer the cream neosporin because it absorbs into my skin better than the ointment. However, if I apply too much to clear skin, it can trap my facial sweat/oil and cause a small breakout.

Pros:

good for opened pimples
reduces redness
reduces inflammation

Cons:

apparently can come resistant to it

i always put a glob on any pimples that i must pop. don't pop the pimples just to put it on though. it's not a miracle cure by any means but it definitely speeds up the healing process if used consistently.

Have it on my bathroom counter all the time
Definitely a lifesaver for scabs and scars that are left over from pimples. I wouldn't say that Neo should be used on acne, but the aftermath of our acne is when this thing should be broken out. Really speeds up the healing process and is smooth, not irritating and stays on for a while. Always have one on hand!

Pros:

Makes popped pimples scab quickly. Reduces redness a bit.

Cons:

Doesn't treat acne.

I use Neosporin on pimples right after i pop them. I'll usually get a scab about 3 days later that i can gently peel off.

Pros:

It helps reduce the appearance of blemishes, so they can heal fast.

Cons:

It may clogs your pores

I started using neosporin to heal these horrible blemishes on my face. I was going somewhere really important, and I didn't want to get embarrased. It was like a miracle for me, because come the day i was supposed to leave, ALL of my blemishes were gone. Now whenever I have a pimple, I go right for my neosporin. It's the perfect thing to use.

Pros:

it heals the marks left behind from when you pick at a pimple. If you picked a scab, a dab of this will help to heal it and diminish the redness (just like it would on a cut).

Cons:

its not a product for acne, only for cuts and scrapes so just use it if you've picked a scab on your face.

it helps to heal the mark and also helps to fade the redness and stops any infection.
