Pros:

-very light consistency
-non greasy
-doesn't break me out
-a ton comes in the bottle for ~$15
-good under makeup (liquid, anyway)
-seems to tone down redness (it certainly doesn't agitate it, anyway)

Cons:

-I suppose it could moisturize a little better? It works fine for me, though, and I have pretty dry skin

If you are looking for a very light lotion that is not greasy or shiny and does not break your sensitive skin out, this is it. It also wears nicely under make up. I pair this with the cerave hydrating cleanser (and witch hazel toner), and my skin hasn't looked this good in a while. I have fair skin with mild rocasea, and my face breaks out when my hormones are acting crazy, and this works very well for my skin. I'de say its best for very sensitive skin. Also, if you don't mind the fifteen dollar price tag, it works pretty well for the rest of the body, as well.

Pros:

-drys quick
-goes under makeup well
-over the counter
-doesn't hurt your skin if you use any acne medicine such as Epiduo, Ziana, Differin, Tazorac ect.

Cons:

none

woks well, cheap, doesn't clog pores, so I say it's worth a try. And I've used Ziana and now I've just changed to Epiduo. I've recently used Cetaphil but i can't stand the smell and I have to be careful where to put it, such as putting it on my cheeks or on my T-Zones I'll get very oily so i've changed to this.

Pros:

-This combined with Palau's Choice BHA 1% Lotion keep my flakes at bay.
-Doesn't ball up under makeup.
-Doesn't make me look oily.
-No fragrance.
-Doesn't break me out.
-Not sticky.
-Absorbs well.

Cons:

-No SPF but I use the AM version when going outside in the sunlight.
-A little expensive but not prohibitively so.
-Doesn't contain antioxidants.
-Doesn't contain ingredients that calm red skin.

I love love love this lotion. I use two pumps; I start at my neck and then my face. Perfect for the DKRegimen. I chose "moderate" acne because that's what I have when not on the DKRegimen. I only get a spot or two around that time of month.

Pros:

lightweight, not oily or sticky, no perfume smell. This review is for the Cereve PM.

Cons:

no SPF, but it's for evening use.

Cereve PM feels comfortable on the skin, and it absorbs quickly. It's great for night time use. I got it for my son while he was on accutane because Cetaphil cream was a bit too heavy. Now that he is done w/accutane he continues to use Cereve at night. It seems to be very gentle. His skin is super sensative, and this doesn't sting his skin like everything else he tried. I use it too! No break- outs for either of us.

Pros:

-very light, non-greasy feel
-cheap compared to other "name-brand" moisturizers (Olay, Neutrogena)
-GENTLE enough to use around eyes
-hasn't broken me out yet

Cons:

-smells kind of weird..but who cares when it's so effective!

I've had good experiences with several other moisturizers (Neutrogena Healthy Skin & Neutrogena Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydradtion). Overall, they replenished my skin with moisture after the drying BP (and wore well under makeup) except for a few stubborn patches on the corners of my mouth and eyes. Nothing, absolutely nothing I did would take care of the flakes and scaliness! I tried moisturizers, creams, even jojoba oil to no effect. Finally after spending way too much money this month on every moisturizer with a good review, I gave this a try. I'm so glad I did =) Immediately there was a dramatic improvement in my skin. Whereas other lotions and creams sat on top of the dry patches, CeraVe sunk right in. Another nice thing is how gentle it is! I hate when products say "not for use around eyes or mouth" on the label; those are the parts that need it the most DUHHH. Don't waste another minute guys check this stuff out =) Hopefully it doesn't break you out like some people have complained of..if not, it's a lifesaver!

Pros:

It kinda felt nice on my skin, and it wasn't a "thick" type cream.

Cons:

Made me break out terribly within 48 hours.

Only used this for a couple of days on the suggestion of my boyfriend. I think it's great that it's worked so well for some, but for me, it was a nightmare experience. Similar to what some others have said, within a very short amount of time (in my case 48 hours), I broke out with little tiny white heads all over the place, and a combination of eczema and acne in other spots. I am never using this product again. However, I understand different products work differently, depending on the individual and their skin type, so all the more powe to those who used it and it worked well for them. For me...not touching it again. (note: I did give this two stars 'cause despite the terrible breakup, it did feel nice on my skin---I didn't experience the "burn" some others noted, it felt tingly in a good way)

Pros:

Doesn't leave my skin greasy like most moisturizers!
Great to use as a follow up to drying benzoyl peroxide washes

Cons:

None!

Buy this if your skin is drying out big time, it'll fix it up right away.

Pros:

light weight, moisturizing, unscented, gentle, doesn't break-out skin, absorbs quickly

Cons:

giant bottle, slight initial burning sensation

I love this lotion for my dry, acne prone skin. I tried the Cetaphil lotion, which I heard was gentle. However, it felt like my skin couldn't breathe when I put it on. It didn't absorb very well, and my skin was super oily for the entire day after application. Frustrated, I picked up a bottle of CeraVe lotion to replace the Cetaphil, thinking I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! It makes my skin feel super moisturized without leaving it greasy. It didn't break me out at all and used in conjunction with the CeraVe cleanser, my skin returned to a youthful and glowing state. My dry patches went away, as did the weird patches of non-acne bumps on my forehead. Like I said on my CeraVe cleanser review, I only wish that this lotion came in a more travel friendly bottle instead of a giant 12oz. bottle! For traveling, I plan on pumping a small quantity into a travel-sized bottle...so I guess it works out lol. Besides being dry and acne prone, my skin is also a bit sensitive. Not SUPER sensitive, but sensitive enough that certain products make my skin burn. The first few times I used this lotion, I did notice a very slight burning sensation. Not unpleasant, but enough that I noticed. When my father (who has extremely sensitive, red skin) tried this lotion, he complained that it burned. Not terribly, but enough that he mentioned it. I would suggest giving this lotion a try even if there is an initial *slight* burning sensation. It goes away after a few uses. Overall: try it!

Cons:

caused many small whites heads after a week and a half of use

I'm surprised this works for so many people. I started using based on the reviews. After I stopped using it, the whiteheads stopped forming. This lotion feels so nice though so I'm going to use it on my legs.
