Pros:

It kinda felt nice on my skin, and it wasn't a "thick" type cream.

Cons:

Made me break out terribly within 48 hours.

Only used this for a couple of days on the suggestion of my boyfriend. I think it's great that it's worked so well for some, but for me, it was a nightmare experience. Similar to what some others have said, within a very short amount of time (in my case 48 hours), I broke out with little tiny white heads all over the place, and a combination of eczema and acne in other spots. I am never using this product again. However, I understand different products work differently, depending on the individual and their skin type, so all the more powe to those who used it and it worked well for them. For me...not touching it again. (note: I did give this two stars 'cause despite the terrible breakup, it did feel nice on my skin---I didn't experience the "burn" some others noted, it felt tingly in a good way)

Pros:

very light, almost gel-like consistency, doesn't make me break out, non-greasy

Cons:

none, really.. wish it had SPF but I have never found an SPF lotion that wasn't super sticky and greasy

so I decided to use this lotion after extensive research (I research all my products, and i'm a product junkie). I love the consistency, as I said above, as its non-greasy and feels really light. BE CAREFUL THOUGH because the pump dispenses a LOT of lotion-- its made for the whole body but works better than any face lotion i've tried. a little bit goes a looonnnggg way! try a tiny bit and build from there. less is more. I use from head to toe-- great lotion! oh ps... go to Rite Aid and some walgreens stores. or [link removed]. otherwise, you may not be able to find it. its about twelve dollars, but it'll last you half a year or more and I use it for the entire body!

Pros:

nice lotion and is light weight. Leaves no residue on skin.

Cons:

It didn't seem to absorb to easily and you had to work it in. Didn't moisturize as well as other products have.

Its a very nice lotion and it does do a good job, but when you are on BP and you need extra hydration and flake control it just doesn't work. I much prefer Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion which works a lot better and you don't have to use as much.

Pros:

Moisturizes very well but it doesn't over-moisturize. Does not leave any greasy or shiny residue. Absorbs quickly and easily. Also appears to help skin tone/reduce redness.

For the price, you get a lot of it. The pump bottle is also very nice

Cons:

Can't think of any other than not having SPF for some people. But I use a weightless spray on 30 SPF sunscreen anyway so I actually prefer it to not have SPF.

This stuff literally repairs damaged and dry skin but it also does not make you appear more oily or greasy. It balances skin moisture very well. It contains Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid which are very important for skin healing and conditioning. Hyaluronic Acid may also help the appearance of shallow scars which is another plus. I find this to be much better than the cleanser since you leave it on rather than washing it off. All I use now is a gentle soap and this(and sunscreen when needed) and my skin is improving by the day. After the first application my skin looked and felt better. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a good moisturizer, especially people with dry or combination skin but I think it could just about help anyone.

Pros:

Very light, no fragrance, provides the perfect consistency for a daily face moisturizer. Doesn't make you break out and works very very well on dry patches.

Cons:

None

I noticed that someone said that if you use BP underneath this moisturizer, it clumps up. I have to disagree. I have been trying out "the regimen" and I used some of the Neutragina "On-the-Spot" BP cream because I have it on hand. I used a generous pea-sized amount on my face, allowed it to dry completely, and then gently "glided" on the Cerave moisturizer. No clumping.

Pros:

it doesn't make my face oily! this is the only moisturizer i have ever used that leaves my face relatively matte for over 2 hours

Cons:

doesn't moisturize great but its a small price to pay

i started using dan's bp. my skin before used to be very very oily. i used proactiv and my acne was under control but i was looking for a cheaper alternative. i wash with purpose bar, then use dan's, then moisturize with cerave. my skin has now turned pretty dry after using dan's but after using cerave its nice!

Pros:

goes on smooth, non-greasy, great for oily acne-prone sensitive skin

Cons:

none

It works and leaves skin nice and baby soft. My dermatologist gave it to me as a sample so i didn't pay a dime! I have hyperpigmenting skin and this is by far the best anti-acne moisturizer. I plan on using this for a long time. Cetaphil lotion has done wonders for my friend, NOW I have a product to brag about!

Pros:

smooth, silky texture

Cons:

application

I use Cerave AM with Epiduo, which treats my light acne. Epiduo has left my skin very dry and Cerave is to help soothe it. I've been using both products for a week. Cerave is a well priced, high quality product. I love that it contains SPF and the way it leaves my skin feeling, but it hasn't visibly helped my dryness yet. When rubbed in, it seems to not apply evenly / seems to not soak in well, and does not visibly help flakes, and only lasts for 3-5 hours before my skin is dry again. Granted, I've just started using the product that has been drying my skin. I recommend patting this into the skin rather than rubbing it. This helps to blend the product in more and is less abrasive. I expect that after another week or two of use I will have had a much better result from this product, after my skin gets more accustomed to the Epiduo and dryness ceases.

Pros:

Takes away flakes and Dry Skin INSTANTLY!
Made my skin baby soft after just one use
NON-IRRITATING!:)

Cons:

NONE NONE NONE!

Well after hearing reviews on here i decided i had to try it out so i made my mom go out in the middle of the night to buy me a bottle.. Well let me just tell you something This is the best AND I MEAN THE BEST moisturizer i had ever used and i didnt have to go through a ton of namebrands of moisturizers to find it!! I will Never Go back NEVER! It is the only thing that got rid of my dry spots and Flaky skin. Before Cerave it took me 2.5 hrs just to do my makeup since it was so hard to do cuz of my dry flaky skin but now it takes only 30 min! I thought i would never see the day when i was flake free.. This moisturizer is a Dream come true!!:)

Pros:

This is the ONLY lotion I have used on my face that HAS NOT made my face explode!

Cons:

No SPF!!!! Wish it moisturized a bit more, but a couple of drops of Dan's Jojoba oil mixed in makes it better at night.

My skin totally freaks out when I use BP...this is the ONLY lotion that keeps my skin from being one big, nasty, flaky mess. AND it's the only lotion I have ever used that has not caused MORE horrible acne! I do wish it had SPF so I could wear it during the day :(
