Pros:

This product really did moisturize my face. I was looking for something that did not clog my pores and was fragrance free without any or few irritants. Yes, this did moisturize but this is day two of using this product and my face is super oily. So much so that my mom stated "you didn't realize you were shining in the dark?" On top of this I have been experiencing a slight burning sensation on my forehead and right and left cheek from using this product.

Cons:

Skin became so oily I am shining like a light bulb.

I do not suggest this product to anyone with oily skin. for those that do not have oily skin you definitely will after using this.

Pros:

-It does a good job at moisturizing dry skin
-My dermatologist recommended me to use this

Cons:

-Break's me out badly
Shame cause it was the only thing that moisturized my face really well

My dermatologist recommended this to me so I thought it must be good, and I really liked it in the beginning because it was very moisturizing and made my skin soft after it had been so dry from using acne meds. I have been using this for about a week and this morning I woke up with 6 new pimples! I have never had this bad of a breakout before ever in my life, and its the only thing that i added to my skincare regimen ;-( ps: the cetaphil daily advance moisturizing lotion breaks me out too my derm gave me samples of it.

Greasy sh*t and overrated.
This moisturiser never absorbs at all, it leaves a nasty greasy sticky film on your face that stays like that for hours on end. I don't know why people think it makes your face smooth, when in reality it feels like putting cooking oil on your face. It doesn't feel satisfying to put on your skin at all, in fact, I'm always disgusted everytime I put this crap on. The worst part is that when you wake up, your face will feel even greasier than ever. I do not recommend, this product is completely overrated.

Pros:

Cheap
Get a lot out of the bottle

Cons:

Caused me to have breakouts
Leaves skin very oily
Not good for face at all

This is a cheap over the counter moisturizer but I would not recommend it for people that will be using it for their face. I used it as part of a regiment I started before my products from Daniel Kern got here. My face started to break out horribly, my face got small tiny red pimples everywhere some actually got real big. As soon as I removed it and didn't moisturize my face got extremely better. It was a little dry till I got my acne.org moisturizer but it healed quite fast.

Broke me out terribly!!
I have been searching for a substitute moisturiser for when I'm using the acne.org regimen and I tried this. After first apply my skin was sooooo much more hydrated and it felt great. But only after 2 days of using it my skin broke out TERRIBLY. 7 new pimples in. my face, and they are not small....Pls. help if anyone has a good substitute that doesn't cause pimples.

This has happened to me too, not to mention, it has this disgusting greasy, sticky feeling that never settles/absorbs in. I would be lying down on my pillow, only to feel the pillow sheet stick to my face. It also feels like my face can’t breathe, like it feels like something is on my face, almost like I lathered sticky cooking oil on my face. It also makes your face look very greasy the whole day and sweating makes it slippery and feel weird.

Pros:

none

Cons:

breakouts and extremely greasy skin

after using this product my skin has NEVER looked worse it made me break out terribly. If your skin is not very dry in the first place (like mine) don't use this product it will make it worse. Only use if you have severely dry skin

Broke me out
Seemed alright for the first few days but after 3-5 days (how long it usually takes me to start seeing breakouts from an irritant) I broke out badly on my chin and cheek. Very disappointing as there is a very limited choice of decent moisturisers in Ireland...no CeraVe (which I was using before with no issue) as [link removed] won't even ship it here. I'm usually not super sensitive to products that claim to be non-comedogenic so this surprised me but I can't deny that it's the only thing I've changed in my routine. Don't know what else there really is to try, most moisturisers here are either for ageing skins and too rich or for teens and contain salycitic acid which drys me out too much. Any recs for a good moisturiser available in Ireland for combo skin treated with Retin-A would be great! If you are deciding between Cetaphil and CeraVe for any product I've found CeraVe to have much higher quality ingredients, lots of stuff that's in high-end creams, Cetaphil is kind of the low-rent version.

!!!!NOT FOR ACNE PRONE!!!!!
DO NOT PUT THIS ON YOUR FACE IF YOU HAVE MODERATE TO SEVERE ACNE. I only used this product twice and I now have at least 5 more pimples. It's supposed to be non-comedogenic but my pores are ridiculously clogged right now. I started using the cetaphil oil control foam face wash and it seems to work fine, but it's a little drying so I wanted to try their moisturizing products. Huge mistake. I only recommend this if you are not acne prone because it WILL cause angry, clogged pores. I have never used any cetaphil products before so I didn't know what to expect. I may have used too much the first time, it left the greasiest sheen on my face. The second time I used a pea sized amount. A little goes a very long way with this product. it seemed to have soaked in fine but it felt super heavy and throughout the day my face just continued to get even more oily. Don't waste the 2 dollars that this costs.

Not a Fan :(
Tried this out when i was looking for a good night moisturiser. This made my face like an oil slick to wake up to, didn't absorb properly and broke me out with little white heads on my nose (I don't usually get spots on my nose!) I've tried using it as a body moisturiser as i suffer with eczema on my arms (and I'm loathed to throw a nearly full bottle of product out) but i haven't seen much improvement so far and it still takes AGES to absorb. Wouldn't buy it again.

No luck with this entire brand

Pros:

Cheap
Avaiable at every store

Cons:

Oily
Cause breakouts
No SPF

Made my skin extremely oily and greasy looking. I do not have oily skin or dry skin my skin is just right in the middle. After using this my face was so oily it looked gross and I needed to boot my face throughout the day which was something I never had to do before. The moisturizer never seemed to soak into the skin. It just felt thick and heavy and sat on top of my skin. Also caused a breakout.
