Pros:

-Moisturizes skin
-Easy to find in stores

Cons:

-Thick feeling

This stuff works, but is kinda thick. A few drops of jojoba oil helps to improve the consistency. Since it doesn't have SPF, I usually just use it at night.

Pros:

Very Hydrating
Non-comodegenic.

Cons:

It does leave a very thick, oily residue on skin. It is quite heavy.

I had incredibly dry and flaky skin from BP, i tried many Moisturizers but none of them seemed to get rid of the flakes. I was getting so self-conscious about them. I saw this in a shop and tried the tester. My flakey skin almost completely went away immediately. After a couple of days I was flake free. The skin does get oily but I think thats much better than flakey skin. Basically, if you need a very strong moisturizer and don't mind getting a bit oily, then use this, it is great.

Very light and suitable for my sensitive acne-prone skin!
I don't really understand the bad reviews here, maybe it's that we have different types of skin. But as for me, it works very well. I have been suffering from a very bad acne-prone skin with the non-stop growth of cystic acne. Did try a lot of skin care that contains alcohol and didn't work. I even got prescription from doctor to consume accutane, which became even worse. Lastly, i was introduced to Cetaphil by my pharmacist cousin. I must say that this is not recommended to those who expect your skin to heal in 1-2 weeks, no. I have been using this for about 6 months and thank God, my cystic acne started to sink down and stopped growing. It moisturizes my skin very well since i have a cronic dry skin. The results might be a little bit slow to be seen, but as long as it heals as time passes, this is great for me. I use this right after i wash my face with Cetaphil cleanser. Try it out!

Great moisturiser to use alongside drying acne treatments

Pros:

Very moisturising and leaves skin smooth and flake free
Does not break me out!
A little goes a long way

Cons:

Can appear shiny, especially if you use too much
No spf

I was surprised to see such negative reviews for this moisturiser on here. I know it doesn't suit everyone, but when using it for what it is intended for I've found it to be the best of its kind that I can easily get hold of here in the UK. Let's be clear, this moisturiser is intended for "very dry sensitive skin" or "following certain dermatological treatments" meaning that if you're using it on its own for oily, acne-prone skin you're bound to be disappointed. I've always used it in conjunction with either Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% or Epiduo and for me it is a godsend because it keeps my skin smooth, moisturised and flake free after such harsh treatments but does not cause me to break out anew. The only criticisms I have is that it can appear shiny on the skin, especially if you use too much, and it doesn't contain spf so it is a really great moisturiser for nighttime use but I am still searching for a good moisturiser for during the day! Conclusion: if used for what it's intended for this is a really gentle and highly effective moisturiser.

Pros:

Non-Comedogenic
Quickly absorbs into skin
Moisturizing
A little goes a long way
Makes skin feel smooth
Easy to spread

Cons:

A bit greasy at first.

I really like this moisturizer. I only use it at night and it definitely helps with the dryness when I apply BP. At first it's a little greasy, but it absorbs very quickly. You don't even need a lot of product. I only use about a dime sized amount of lotion to moisturize my face and neck. Also, it doesn't break me out.

Pros:

-Moisturises!
-Cheap
-Easy to apply

Cons:

-Too much looks greasy
-Slight change of skin colour once applied
-Can break some people out
-Not oil-free

I do recommend this to people who are looking for a cheap moisturiser to work with regimens. If you break out from oils quite easily, I recommend doing a patch test first (it contains oils). I don't break out from it if I treat my skin with BP whilst using it.

Pros:

Light

Cons:

Runs out quickly.

This is a really good day moisturiser, and does not leave you looking oily (unlike the cream version). The only downside I can think of is that it runs out suprisingly fast (faster than both the cleanser and cream, which I both use) and so is less value for money than those two. Otherwise it is a good lotion, and does what it promises to do. I do not break out when using this product.

Pros:

Smooth feeling, large tub, not expensive and moisturises well.

Cons:

Slightly greasy.

I do have oily skin, not sure how much it cost roughly 20$ AUSD? Got it at Terry White Chemist. It feels great on skin, leaves a nice dewy touch. Better for night than the day. It leaves your skin feeling moist for a longer period than most moisturisers. And doesn't feel very oily, more dewy.

Pros:

Great Moisturizer...made skin soft and does a great job combating other products that tend to be drying. Gives my skin a nice glow. Also, it's cheap if you take in account the amount of product you are receiving.

Cons:

Tends to give you hella shiny face if you use too much.

I am using the Walmart equate brand...and I think they are very similar and I love it....
