Pros:

- no breakouts!
- extremely moisturizing
- cheap (for the amount you get)
- lasts forever!
- unscented
- screw on top means I'm never worried about it exploding while travelling

Cons:

- too greasy for daytime use

An excellent overnight face moisturiser! This product saved my horrible, flaky, dry, acne prone skin last winter. When everything else seemed to burn, this was soothing and effective. While it didn't improve the severity of my acne, it also didn't aggravate it or make it worse. I even use it during the day sometimes, on any super dry patches (just let it soak in before applying make up). Honestly, don't spend crazy amounts on expensive overnight creams. This, plus a great daily SPF moisturizer, is all you need!

Gets rid of flakiness and dryness
At first, I didn't like this product as it didn't help with my flakiness and was burning my skin after I had used BP. To get rid of the flakiness the only thing that worked for me was Lush "oatifix" which Is a very moisturising face mask that also helps with acne so if you are suffering from dry skin and flakes, please try that out as it worked for me. Anyway, this product is a great product for when I still get some dry skin and flakiness on my face after a facial treatment. Yes, this product doesn't really sink into your skin quickly so I suggest putting it on at night. Also, it works best after you have just had a shower and your face is still wet, slather some of this on and in the morning your face is so soft, moisturised and all flakes and dry skin is gone, trust me. I put on a very generous amount and it doesn't break me out or irritate me. It is very soothing to my skin after I had popped a few pimples as it calms it down. I would definetely recommend this product, and make sure you use it right because some people don't use it the right way which causes them not to like it. This is the only moisturiser that helps my dry skin. So please put a generous amount on after a shower while your face is still wet. :) hope this helps anyone.

Pros:

Keeps flakiness totally over control
Extremely moisturizing
Good for people on Dan's Regimen
Doesn't sting

Cons:

None

I really loved this moisturizer, nothing bad to say about it! It's very thick and creamy. Incredible size (16 oz.) for the price! It has taken care of my flakiness to the point where there's almost no more. It goes on clear... But if you put a lot on it while go on white but then dry clear. Excellent product. :) I'm also using it on my dry elbows and it's working pretty good :)

Pros:

moisturizes really well, doesn't clog pores, cures flakes, gives my face an overall glow that i love!! you can also get a generic version so its a little cheaper

Cons:

might be too greasy for everyday usage.

i LOVE this stuff!!! The products i use for my acne tend to leave my face dry and flakey. This instantly makes my skin soft and smooth. I use it all over my body after a shower. Fantastic as a lip balm :) i like that it's in a tub.

Updated Review- New method of Application
This is an update on my last review. After about 5 months of usage, I noticed that this moisturizer did ball up a lot and when I perspired it turned white in some areas of the face. However, I found a new method for applying it so that it never did any of these things. Also, with it I had not just some but ZERO flakiness for hours and hours (This was when I actually got flaky from the BP, though. I don't anymore... I guess eventually the skin gets truly used to the BP). Anyways, the method is to put on a pretty liberal amount of it on the face to the point where you can see the whiteness of the cream in places. Then, I would usually follow up by waiting 1-2 minutes (you should still see some white afterwards) for it to soak in. Finally, I would take a paper towel (one that isn't too abrasive) and gently wipe the excess cream off my face. Make sure to wipe it off good so that it doesn't ball up. That's how I ended up using it and it worked really well for me; the only con being that it can be a little greasy. Also, this cream is a wonderful all-over body cream and it keeps my driest areas (my elbows) super soft. If you get it and put it on this way, I really hope it works for you as well ;)

Pros:

- Doesn't give me any brake out
- Huge quantity
- Hold on during a complete day
- Perfect to use with Dan's regimen

Cons:

Quite long to apply
Some people can maybe dislike the fact that it's a cream

I was using Dan's regimen for a month and had a very dry and flaky skin. This cream increased a lot my skin but reducing all the flakes on it and allowed me to stick with the treatment of BP. I would recommend this product for any people like me, who suffered of extreme dryness. You should maybe start with a small quantity to see if your skin react well and if so, increase.

Pros:

rids flakiness immediately..and stays that way. no fragrance. very basic

Cons:

slight sting in the beginning, jar form not that easy

fantastic product if using bp. gets rid of flakes and helps skin heal...also doesn't cause breakouts...and everything causes breakouts for me...even dans acne.org moisturizer. plus i can like 20 ounces for 10 bucks at bjs or costco....beyond amazing for what you get. only need like not even a dime size amount and sets in well.
