New formula stings

The new formula stings and makes my skin quite upset leading to more breakouts as well as tiggering eczema to flare. I’ve been using this moisturizer for years, but unless it changes back I won’t be buying any more. Very frustrated to have to throw out a pricey bottle, and to have to find something else! There was nothing wrong with the yellow color before. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it!

New white moisturizer is awful, causing breakouts

Similar to everyone else, I don’t like the new white moisturizer. I prefer the old yellow one, my skin was glowing and clear for the past few years. Now With the new white formula I’ve been having breakouts, and won’t be ordering more.

New formula burns my face everytime

I have been using the acne.org moisturizer for 8 years. The new white version stings my face everytime now. If its not broke dont fix it. Or make an alernative  moistuizer, but dont replace the good one guy....

Looking for old formula

Like so many here, I have had a terrible time with new formula.   It actually causes any breakout to get much much worse.  I still have some of the old yellow formula and I’ve tested them against each other.  The yellow formula actually gets rid of my breakouts even without the benzo peroxide it seems. I understand that only one ingredient changed, but my experience just isn’t lining up with that. :/

The only thing I have changed in my skincare routine is this new moisturiser and ever since I have, there has been a string of dermatitis on my face which I could figure out why! But now i have! Causes really bad dermatitis around eyes, on cheeks and on neck! Dan this is a very bad formulation! Been a customer for several years and will not be this ordering again

New formula sucks

Stared the regimen back in April, had a bit of a rough start (very dry and sensitive skin) but after 8 weeks or so skin was looking much better. Had a lot of trouble with flakes (only using BP once a day and not much) but got flakiness under control with the help of AHA and jojoba. Have tried other famous brands moisturizers and none of them were good for my skin. But this moisturizer was perfect. In August as usual I ordered my new moisturizer and as soon as I pumped some to my hand I knew this one's different. It smelled really weird (subtle alcohol like, but don't really care about the smell as long as it works) but the texture was very different. New one feels kinda thick, milky in a way. Unfortunately it doesn't fully absorb into my skin, and once again skin is very flaky.

I really don't know why they had to change the formula but the new one is really bad, would give 0 stars if I could.

Sadly can't use CeraVe's moisturizer since it doesn't mix well with BP...

PLEASE CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK!!!

I wish I could rate this with no stars. I am not happy about this change. My skin feels so oily and greasy like it can’t breathe. And my skin is starting to breakout as well with this new change. I have been using these products since 2012 and it has the only thing that has cleared my acne. Please go back to the other formula. Having changed some of the ingredients because the color was yellow is absolutely ridiculous. Now because others complained about the color of the product others have to suffer with breakouts because the formula isn’t the same. This product changed my life and the thought that my skin is going back to what it used to look like is devastating. Is the color really worth letting down your customers that depend on this product to have clear skin?!!!!!

New moisturizer

I don’t know exactly what the difference is but I woke up in the morning after putting it on and I had a huge red patch under my eye, my whole face felt very dry, both eyes were puffy underneath to the point when leaned over I could actually see the bags underneath my eyes.  I never had anything happen like that with the yellow version. I may try it on my arm or a different spot to see what happens.

Moisturizer

Hi, I just wanted to say that I’ve been using the Cerve hydrating cleanser and acne.org benzoyl and the acne.org moisturizer for about 4 or 5 years and Ive been loving it I didn’t mind the yellow formula I actually love it until they change it to the white moisturizer. The new white moisturizer feels thick, milky and cakey on my skin and burns but then goes away plus in the morning when I wake up I run my hand gently around my face and it flakes the moisturizer off my face or I don’t know maybe dry skin but I think it’s the moisturizer because it’s white flakes and skin feels a lot more dry than before. Another thing that I developed on my face is a itchy inflamed dry patch on my right cheek.

I’m really disappointed with the new white moisturizer! Please bring back the yellow formula moisturizer!

The "new" formula is terrible.

Have been a customer for MORE THAN FOURTEEN years (since before the 2008 store revamp).  I know the products very well by now, as you'd imagine.  The second-to-last bottle of moisturizer I bought was milky in consistency.  This can't be explained by normal variations.  It was a broken emulsion or bad batch or something.  When I contacted customer service, they were obnoxious in their insistence that it was normal (again, talking to someone that's used the products since GWB was president).  And they wouldn't send out a replacement unless I paid to ship the defective bottle out (seems hostile to someone that's been a regular customer since before the store went live and has NEVER before made a payment, shipping, or product complaint).

Just reordered a new bottle and, despite being aware that there were formulation changes said to result in a lighter colored moisturizer, find that the new version isn't just lighter - it's dead white and doesn't even have the customary smell despite having identical ingredient lists.  It did not have any kind of tamper-proof seal upon arrival.  Just a box, some packing material, and a pump bottle.  No manifest, no Regimen documentation or resources.  No referral to the website.  Just a bottle filled with some sort of unrecognizable lotion that doesn't work the way I'm familiar with.  The bottle arrived with a broken pump that leaks valuable fluids every time it's used and I'm disgusted.  At one point, the moisturizer was probably the best thing Kern had going - it was CHEAP compared to competing products and of great quality.  Now, I'm looking at a $34 bottle of random lotion not up to standards IN ANY WAY, provided by an organization with BAD customer service, and thinking I'll just stick with the name brand stuff.  I'm feeling really betrayed, Daniel.
