Queen Helene : Mint Julep Masque

This is THE BEST product I have ever used!! I am almost 30 and have acne like a 16 year old, but I have litterally tried everything from proactive to herbs, and this is the only thing that works! It reduces my acne scars while minimizing pores and pimples! very affordable and it's a nice thick formula, not clear and runny that you peel off your face. I put on a nice thick layer of it, relax till it's hardened, then put a damp hot washcloth over my face for a few minutes to let the steam break it up a little.....wash it off, and apply some moisturizer and I am good to go and feel like a million buck!!

I use this mask twice a week, and I sleep with it on and wash it off in the morning. Even though it says to wash off in 15 minutes, I like sleeping with it on. If you are going to use this and sleep with it on, first wash your hair THEN put it on. Don't wash your hair, put treatment on and then put the mask on. (Yeah I did that before lol!) It stills works if you do that but if you put the mask on directly after you washed your hair there is a more visible difference in your pimples! * This seriously helps my face! I use DermaDoctor Aint Misbehavin cleanser and the acne serum every day, morning and night. Then I use this mask every Friday and Saturday night. Sleeping with it on! And I went from moderately severe acne to moderate acne in 2 weeks!

I have been using this product for a long time. It's the best and cheapest mask I've ever used. I use it when I get those pesky little bumps under the skin. It uncloggs the pores and wipes those bumps out before a pimple can form. This mask is also very useful for big, painful, fully formed pimples. It dries them right up. It works very well for blackheads as well. If I ever feel like my face needs toning, this mask works wonders. I have very red skin on my forehead due to acne scars. This product really helps even out my skin tone. I don't use this product a lot but when I do, it's results are instant and I remember why I love this mask!

I love this product - I use it at least once a week (it's on my face right now). Since I started using a couple months ago, my acne has calmed down quite a bit. I used to have severe acne, and I would now say it is moderate. It's not fully cleared up, but it is better. I use it along with other Queen Helene products, and my Avon Clear Skin Professional moisturizer. I will use my Clinique moisturizer if my face is really dry (it's just more expensive, so I need to make it last longer - plus it's not acne medicated). Summary: Since using this product and other Queen Helene products, my face has gotten better.

rarely ever give products 5 stars across the board but this is just too good. It is extremely affordable, not harsh on my skin and it does exactly what I expect

I have used this mask for any years and have always lived it. I would use it once a week in my 20's with occasional pimples here and there. Now I'm in my late 30's and my acne has arrived with a vengeance. It have tried everything! Now my face is red and scarred! i remembered I had a brand new bottle of the mint julep mask. I began to use it as an overnight mask after I cleanse with cetaphil acne prone foam wash. My acne has begun to slowly go away. Im happier now with face wash routine. I really recommend this mask as an overnight mask. It really calms the acne down and shrinks the pimples.

This has to be the best face product you can buy. You'd think for a quality, it'd be so much more than $5. It smells amazing, and makes my pores smaller and clear. I love to use this as an overnight spot treatment sometimes. It'll help a puss-filled zit shrink almost to nothing. This mask is also good for redness. After rinsing it off, my face is not red at all. It can burn a little, but it doesn't bother me.

this is an EXCELLENT masque when used regularly. allow yourself time in order to notice the positive change within your skin. this is an EXCELLENT product for a GREAT price! i pay no more than 6 bucks for the big jar (sally's online) and I've even gotten the mud & one other kind I can't think of now (yet the mud is GREAT too). ENJOY taking care & having the MOST GREATEST skin that makes ALL the guys love you & the girls hate you (ahhh hahahaha) means youre doing somthing good! yipeee!

This is an amazing must have product to any girls make up bag. It didn't irratate my sensitive skin. MUST TRY!!!!

I love this product. It's one of the few store bought skincare products I use, since I use mostly natural, home remedies. It's definitely a holy grail item. I remember the first time I used it, which was a few years ago, the next morning my skin looked so much brighter and my scars went down so much. I still get fantastic results but my acne is a lot worse now then it was then, so it's hard to see a large improvement. Even though my acne is worse, if I have a bad breakout I use this and it helps so much. I definitely recommend this product.
