Queen Helene : Mint Julep Masque

I've used this for a couple of years now and love it. It pulls out impurities and oil and you can actually see where impurities are pulled from your skin once it's dry. my skin is always smooth and redness reduced, if i ever have random flare ups i use tgis as a spot treatment to dry it out usual ill spot treat twice a day in those cases. After many others experience and my own I've determined that some acne face washes with salicylic acid and the like could cause this mask to burn slightly when applied after. Personally I use clean and clear daily pore cleanser which doesnt have that but over time there is a HUGE improvement in the long term clearness of my skin. For those who've tried it and broken out there's a chance that you're not rinsing your face well enough after using the mask. It pulls out impurities and if you don't rinse everything off thoroughly you're most likely leaving those impurities on the surface of your skin causeing the sudden breakouts. It's just a thought, it could hust might be that this WONT work for you too.

AMAZING- Basically this mask is a delightful little miracle worker. It cleared the breakouts I had and makes my skin feel really soft. GO BUY IT NOW you'll love it!

I use this on my face every one to two days when my face feels gross and i need a little pick me up. This is by far my favorite product mask-wise. It for sure helps with my acne, does nothing for scars but that's not really what it for. It removes the right amount of oil in my face and i can see the results instantly when i wash it off. The best thing to do it to wash it off in the shower and lightly exfoliate later as to get all of it off. CLEANS YOUR FACE FIRST! it works better that way. Leave it on until it dries, if it's still wet in the cheeks but everything else is dry go ahead and take your self a well deserved shower. You can also remove it with warm water and a wash cloth. make sure to splash cold water your face after it's all gone. I've had acne for 7 years and after all the research and experimenting i've done, i've stuck with this stuff because it's awesome.

I LOVE this product. It's so cheap! I use this product about every other day (my skin is on the oily side), and it works great. I had a bit of trouble finding it in New York but when I do come across it, I grab a couple bottles. Definitely recommend this and all Queen Helene skin care products.

I love this mask. I have paid a lot of money for acne skincare lines and masks, but this works better than any of those pricey masks I've wasted money on in the past! It goes on smoothly (no weird exfoliating granules) and rinses off pretty easily. I like to follow with my usual face wash (LUSH's Fresh Farmacy bar soap) to make sure all of the product is cleanly rinsed from my face. Then I use Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. I use this mask about 3 times a week (everyday for the first week i used it) and that is plenty to get rid of my blackheads and most of my pimples! I loved it and was able to purchase the CVS version of this (same exact product, different brandname) when my local Walgreens changed locations!! I'll check for the real thing at Target soon :) Recommended!

this is my go to product. I have adult acne once on a while, the sides of face, cheeks and chin, + a very oily skin, not just the t-zone, everything. The green mask works wonders on oily skin, it will suck up the oil, you can acctually see the oily spots on the dried clay and will dry up the existing whitehears and ones in making. of it gets severe, just use it for 3 days and your skin will look amazing. I get the green stuff for about $3.

i saw some other reviews said that it didnt clear up their pimples , only blackheads , but for me it cleared up both! and its not something you have to do for weeks until it actually starts working. the first time i used it i was amazed. its reallllly cheap and i have it in the jar, its much better than the tube. i saw some people were having trouble finding it, but they have it AT SALLY BEAUTY! look there they have alot of great masques. also, it feels amazing if you rinse with cool water, just saying (:

It really sucks up the oils from my face, which is good for my oily T-zone. Also, this stuff seems to draw out the blackheads from my skin; I could see the blackheads coming out of my nose after I use this. It's sort of hard to wash off, and I always manage to get some in my eyes after I try to wash it off (the green stuff ends up in my tear duct... so I have to wash that out as well). I found that using a small amount of exfoliater helps when washing the mask off.
