Pros:

This is the best acne product I have ever used!!!!!!!!! Honestly I have tried everything from perscription to over the counter. I don't like the equate clearisil, but the equate oxy is what I am talking about!!

Cons:

A little drying, but I would rather be dry than have tons of pimples. The consistency is chalky but I would rather have chalky then moist like cream. It is super hard to come by at Walmart and it's always sold out!! This time I bought five packages!

It's awsome and sooooooooooooooooooooooo affordible!!!!! The best bang for your buck ever!! I swear by this product!! Can clear your face up if you have a terrible break out in a matter of day's!!

Pros:

Clears up skin quickly, and keeps it smooth. If you mix it in with lotion, it won't dry up as much. Also, it's very cheap, and works just as well as the name brands.

Cons:

I finally figured out what has been bleaching my sheets! Thanks guys, but I've been mixing it with cocoa butter lotion, so it doesn't happen anymore. Other than that..none.

Try it, it's good :)

Pros:

Dries up pimples, has already started helping some with my under-skin red bumps (nodules?), VERY cheap

Cons:

Dries skin, leaves light white film (hidden when used with moisturizer)

I bought the maximum strength (10% benzoyl peroxide) and it has worked wonders so far. Yes, it dries my skin out, but everybody knows that BP does that, which is why everybody reccomends moisturizer. I put it on in the morning after cleansing and then apply moisturizer which eliminates the visible white film and helps with the itching it sometimes causes when your skin is not quite used to BP yet. It's extremely affordable (I got it for around $1 at Wal-Mart). My acne is clearing up nicely, it's even helping the acne under my skin (nodules?). BP is the best thing that will ever happen to you (IF your skin can handle it - not reccommended if your skin is EXTREMELY sensitive - mine is sort of but not that bad).

Pros:

It dries up acne, keeps skin from getting too oily. its really cheap

Cons:

Can cause redness and peeling.

Good product for the price. I use it at night and by morning my face looks a lot better despite the dryness. It should be used with a moisturizer.

Pros:

Clears up the skin

Cons:

burns the skin and gave me a rash from hell. had to go to the emergency room the swelling was so intense and the pain was so bad. I used it as directed and followed all directions.

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, it burned my face, gave me hives and caused severe swelling of my eyes, face and throat. When I asked WalMart what all was in it, they didn't care and said "oh well". I wouldn't recommend WalMart products to anyone... not after having the horrifying experience I had!

Pros:

I've used this at night for years (the cream or gel) mixed with aloe vera gel or other face mosturizers. It feels like a lotion on my face (not drying at all) & clears the acne too. Has worked far better than all the other products I've tried.

Cons:

It can bleach clothing/bedding. It does have the "benzoyl peroxide" smell, but that can be diminished depending on the lotion it's mixed with.

Try it! You will probably be surprised, as I was, that a mosturizing lotion can help clear acne!

Pros:

This product really drys up pimples fast. It works and has not made me break out worse like some other products like Pro Active. I love it & it's a great price.

Cons:

It really drys the skin, so I suggest a good facial lotion such as Purpose or Oil of Olay for Sensitive Skin

This product is good for moderate to cystic acne and it's inexpensive. Use it every other day if your skin is sensitive or weekly with a great oil-free fragrance-free moisturizer. If you have african american skin, I'd recommend seasonal chemical peels to clear away the dead skin cells. You'll have beautiful skin again over time. Maintenance is key for acne prone skin.
