Pros:

I tried this product about once a week, when I needed it, for the last three weeks and only put it on single pimples that were starting to surface. It seemed to work great. I put it on a larger area on my cheeks though when more acne started surfacing and when I woke up this morning, both of my cheeks were extremely red and swollen, so much that I don't want to leave the house until the swelling goes down. This product worked for me but only on little pen point areas about once a week.

Cons:

Dries out skin and may cause large amounts of swelling

Be careful if applying it to more than just a tiny spot. I didn't think I had dry skin, and I had a reaction with a lot of redness in swelling. Overall, if it doesn't cause that reaction, the product seemed to work well.

Cons:

It doesn't work for me, I started using this and my acne got worse. It also leaves an ugly white residue on your face after it dries.

I've used it for 2 weeks I got negative results.

i wouldnt kno but i will find out because im using it as we speak...haha...ha

Cons:

we will see muthageese..haha..ha

the bottom line is that i hope this works..if not i will glady take this back to walmart and throw a freggin temper tantrom because im sooooo fed up of all these darn acne products that do absolutely NOTHING for skin!!!!! :)

Pros:

10% BP? Maybe it's just me, but it didn't work.

Cons:

Didn't work well. I've tried many over-the-counter products, and this is one of the ones that didn't work. Somewhat helps, but it makes my skin turn red, and pimples appear in other places on my face where they have never been before!

Desperate for anything to cure my acne! Or atleast, treat my acne! I'm using Clinique 3-step, not for my acne, but to fix the scars and discoloration that the over-the-counter products have done to my face. Soon, I will be trying Dr. Sheffield's ClearZit Acne Cream. Wish me luck!

Pros:

does in fact shrink the size of acne within 3 days

Cons:

NOT good for sensitive skin; over peeling, drying and BURNING. it's also really grainy and gross feeling. not very pleasant to use.

This is a pretty effective product, but I wish they considered us sensitive skin people when formulating it. I can't use it any more because my skin just burns too much. Yeah my zits are smaller, but my face hurts ! ):

it really dries up ur skin but i use: cetaphil or jhonson baby

i have been using it for 2 weeks it has gotten some acne out. i am 13. another tip would DRINK LOTS OF WATER. mabye it might get my acne out in next week or 2.

Pros:

It gets rid of pimples in about 1 day or 2.

Cons:

Sensitive skin :(. I broke out in a red rash. Today would have been my 3rd day using it. My eyes are very swollen and my face is red, feels very hot and its very bumpy. I get married next week!!!! I hope it goes away!!!

Don't use it if you have sensitive skin. Not even once per day. Don't try something new soooo close to a big event like I did.

Cons:

This medication caused my skin to ERUPT in the worst cystic acne Ive ever had. BP is nasty stuff.

It can have a bad effect on some people. Use with caution.

Pros:

it works fast, and clears up acne really well. Better than anything I've used

Cons:

dries the crap out of your skin, and leaves red spots. One morning I woke up and my eyes were swollen.

My skin is really sensitive sometimes, so that may be why it made my face look like a sick tomato. But it did clear up my acne really well, and if you don't have sensitive skin, you should try it.

Burned my entire face after one use

I suffer from PCOS which causes alot of acne, I mostly suffer from Acne around the chin line of my face, and like everyone I have tried everything, so when I saw Zapzyt in the pharmacy I tried it. Now I only tried it once and the next morning I woke up in tears due to the severe burning and itching of my entire face. Went to the Drs next morning and found out I have a chemical burn from the Zapzyt!!!!! Buyers Beware! zapzyt is not for everyone!!!!!
