Pros:

Reduces redness and inflammation.

Cons:

May dry your skin if use too much.(put a little drop in cheeks, forehead and chin and distribut it through the entire face).

This is the only product with benzoil peroxide that i can use because my skin is sensitive to it, but this one is great! I use sulfur soap with Lanolin after using this.

Rough on your skin when you first start, but hang in there and your skin will adjust.

I have struggled with acne for over 6 years and nothing has worked for me. I looked at the regimen on this site and saw that people were having success, but it's pretty expensive for a college student, so I tried to find an alternative and I found this. This face wash is the best! I normally wouldn't get on here and write this but I think this will help someone. When I first started using it I was skeptical for the first week or two, especially because my face was in pain during the first week but I think I jumped in too deep right off the bat. If you do start using this face wash then you need to slowly incorporate it into your regimen. Start off using it every other night, then when you're comfortable use it once at night, then you can eventually use it twice a day. This product definitely cleared up my acne for the most part and put my face under control, the worse thing that happens is a pimple every now and then but that's perfectly fine. Make sure not to use it with any SA, or else you will just irritate your face and breakout. It didn't help with red marks though, so here is how I use it today: In the morning: 1) Splash face with luke warm water and then apply a good amount all over your face and let it sit there for 10 minutes (you need to work your way up to this point). 2) Hop in the shower and wash it off with luke warm water. Pat your face dry. 3) Moisturize (I use CeraVe moisturizing cream) At night: 1) Splash face with luke warm water and then apply a good amount all over your face and let it sit there for 10 minutes. 2) Hop in the shower and wash it off with luke warm water. Pat your face dry. 3) Moisturize (at night time I use an Alpha Hydroxy face cream I got from Walgreens to slowly get rid of my red marks, this is also a godsend. Pros:

Clears up acne fast
Doesn't smell horrid
The Oxy Sensitive FaceThe Oxy Sensitive Face won't dry skin out

Cons:

The Oxy Sensitive Face Wash is quite hard to find in stores
The pads burn a little at first

I've been using the Oxy brand on and off for about three years now. However, since I have sensitive skin, the Maximum Strength Face Wash and pads were just too much for me. So, I switched to the Oxy Sensitive Face Wash and pads. Both the wash and the pads work very, very well and won't dry out your skin. Because of these products, my acne has went from moderately severe to just moderate. With a little help from these two products and some Mederma for my old acne scars, I hope to be acne free soon!

Pros:

I feel the pro's for this product is that you can immediately see it working. Also, I have black marks on my face and they appear to be fading, slowly, but they are fading! When a new pimple pops up it immediately starts working.

Cons:

It dries your face out because it's 10% rather than 2.5% or 5%; however, I use a moisturizer for this.

When I first started seeing a dermatologist they recommended a face wash with 10% benzoyl peroxide. Somewhere down the line I thought I should use salicidic acid and my face went down hill from that. So the bottom line is that if you want a great face wash definitely choose this product. Follow it up with CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion and you will be great. Also Oxy has a 10% benzoyl peroxide medicated acne gel that I use at night and its great. use the face wash about 2-3 times a day and you will see improvements!

Pros:

Only thing that has cleared up my acne 100%
Foams up a ton, and doesn't smell bad

Cons:

It is VERY drying
If you get it on your lips, it will dry them out too!

Start off slowly with this-I'd recommend even just every other day at first, then start using it once a day, then you can go ahead and use it twice a day. It has a very high percentage of BP in it, so if you just try to jump right in and use it twice a day, every day, you're going to get majorly dry and peeling skin. Once your skin gets used to it though, this stuff is awesome. I bought this only because it was the cheapest BP product at the store, and it turned out to be the best one I have used- it clears my skin up completely. The bottle looks like it was made for guys, but I'm a girl, and this stuff works great for me!

Pros:

Today is my first day using Oxy 10 store brand. Within hours my acne was drying up and the other pimples that was rising, they're gone. My chin is smooth as a baby bottom.

Cons:

It burns, but tolerable.

It's worth the burning. I've never found anything that works as fast. Thumbs up to Oxy 10.

Pros:

i have acne because of my bangs and it makes my skin very oily i've only been using this for about 2 days but i use the cleansing pads 3 times a day and it is going away so very fast

Cons:

i would reccomend it to anybody and im young 10-13 and it works very well.

IT WORKS don't go spend money on stuff that don't work i had to learn it the hard way.

Pros:

THIS STUFF WORKS. i'm asian, and i have oily, acne-prone skin. I've used everything, literally. I've been depressed over my acne, and this stuff WORKS. There's slight drying, but it WORKS. Trust me, my acne has improved and i've had optimal results. It's great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

initial drying towards the beginning of use, but your skin will adapt to it and the conditions will alleviate

If you have acne and you're struggling with it, GET THIS . 10% Benzoyl Peroxide, hands down.......it works. Miracle in a bottle.

Pros:

It gets the job done in as little as 3 days! You see results immediately. Don't waste your money paying monthly for Pro-Activ. Oxy is dermatologist recommended, at any drugstore, and is very affordable! This is truely money well spent!

Cons:

Maximum Strength Oxy will dry out your face once you start using it. But your skin adjusts to it after a couple of weeks. A light moisturizer after you wash your face will fix that, no problem!

OXY works! Its the real deal when it comes to fighting acne is as little as a week! Try it, you'll see what I mean!
