FOREO : LUNA Cleansing Brush

Based on the good reviews on Foreo website I made my purchase but I can not explain enough my regret of doing so. I never had skin issues until using Foreo Luna mini 2 for about 10 days. The product is totally overrated and I doubt the positive review's authenticity. The worst part is that if you are unsatisfied with the product YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT! Foreo team, if you believe your product is worth it, you need to be better then this! Please review your return policy! Kind regards, Unhappy client

sooooo i was debating in between a clarisonic and a luna brush. after reading MANYYYY reviews, i decided to go with the luna. Its important to know that i have SENSITIVE skin that is easilllyyy irritated. so, i bought the luna in the extremely sensitive (White) version. IT DID NOTHING for my skin. literally, i could have bought a vibrator and attached a $5 silicone scrubby sponge to it. so, i tried to return it, but they had the worst customer service. i decided to give the normal-sensitive brush a try, which is one step up. still, not better. the quality was also so cheap, and the anti aging seemed gimmicky. i decided to reduce the amount of times i used the brush to 2x a week, it did nothing. i was so sad bc i realllyy wanted it to work and it was so pretty! i decided to go with the clarisonic. i bought the cashmere brush head and use it on its delicate setting 2-3x a week, and i make sure to glide it (my friend gave me these tips and reccomended it). LEMME TELL U. best decision i made. it seems weird that for sensitive skin the clarisonic works for me but it does! i made the mistake once of pushing too hard. DONT DO THAT. anyway, my skin is currently GLOWINGGG and much less red. i advise u all to try the clarisonic first with my tips. they also have a much better return policy .
