Pros:

Smells nice, makes your skin smooth.

Cons:

Burns a little when you first use it, but you'll get used to it.

This really helps keep acne away, and it's entirely natural. I suggest dissolving lemon juice into epsom salt, which is also great for your skin.

Pros:

all natural, evens out skin tone, cheap, gets rid of acne

Cons:

slightly messy, stings, your face will be red for about an hour after

LOVED THIS...such a lifesaver...i'm going to my first year of college next week and my skin was HORRIBLE after going off birth control...this got me results after just a few days (it might be too much to do everyday though..i'd do it once a week) 1: wash/exfoliate your skin with warm water (preferably in the shower so pores are open) 2: fill a big bowl with boiling water and two or three tea bags (chamomile or green) and put your face in it above the water so you absorb the steam and open your pores (put a towel over your head and the bowl) leave your face in for about three minutes than pat it dry with a towel 3: mix one egg white and a few teaspoons of lemon juice and apply to your entire face..it will dry like a mask...leave on for about a half hour. 4: wash off with warm water...then splash your face with ice water to close pores. 5: apply a good moisturizer (the acidity in the lemons will dry you out) EXCELLENT RESULTS

Pros:

Smooths the texture of my skin, shrinks pores, and fades dark spots and scars.

Cons:

none

I have been using lemon or lime juice on my skin for over a month. I use it morning and night. The key for me is to first wash my face with honey. I spread it over my skin and let it sit for 10 minutes or longer. Honey is antiseptic and moisturizing. I rinse it off and then apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball. I do not wash the lemon juice off and have not had any adverse effects. This combination is working amazingly well for me.

Pros:

greatly reduced redness and inflammation immediately

Cons:

no cons

Lately I have been breaking out very badly because I stopped using benzyol peroxide and switched to natural products (tea tree oil and jojoba oil). Yesterday my skin was absolutely awful and I was supposed to attend a party later that night. I needed better skin immediately because I just had NO confidence. Here's what I did: I washed my face with an all natural cleanser very very gently. Then, I applied a mixture of lemon juice and warm water to my face and let it sit for about 10 mins. and rinsed it off afterward. I then SPOT treated my face with tea tree oil by applying it gently with a Q-tip. When I use it all over my face it seems to make me break out worse. Finally, I applied an oil free moisturizer. If you are looking for something quick, this will do the job.

Pros:

The lemon definitely lightens discoloration.

Cons:

My entire face is irrated by lemon juice and it left me with major rash which I am still suffering from. It has been 5 days since I used the lemon and still reddish bumps all over my face and I didn't have pimples or rash to start from.

If you have sensitive skin like me, you shouldn't use it. It's not worth it. However it does even out tone. I don't think it was worth it for me. I am suffering with rash all over my face!

Pros:

Worked so well.
Couldn't believe the reseults it's brought to me.
I've struggles with acne since about 7th grade, I'm in 11th now. I used it for 1 week and noticed a huge difference, after 3 weeks it's almost completley gone. I HIGHLY recommend

Cons:

A tad sting but nothing too bad.

Use it while taking a shower, wash your face with water first, dry it off, then pour the lemon juice into your hand and wash your face, let it sit for about 5 mins then rinse under the shower. It's way better than Pro-active or anything a doctor subscribes to you & very cheap... Works so well, you'll notice a difference after a week, continue to use it and don't stop. After about 2-3 weeks, you'll notice it clearing up A LOT. As I said, I struggled with bad acne for a long time, but it's starting to go away now because of this. With summer coming up, get some mild sun. It'll help dry your pores. Use DAILY without a doubt :]

Pros:

Rids face of redness, Gets rid of the big stuff, Lessens appearance of scars

Cons:

Did burn a little bit

Read up on lemon juice and its effects on acne after being told to try it by some random guy.. Reading through ppl's reviews on here, I decided it couldn't hurt, so last night, I gave it a go.. Washed my face with the dove beauty bar like I always do, then after, took a slice of lemon, squeezed it in my hand, and applied it to my whole face with a cotton swab.. It burned at first, so i put a little water on, too... This afternoon I woke up with my face looking a little bit more even. but still had alotta bumps and a huge red pimple coming in on my cheek.. Then later in the day, I mixed an egg white and lemon juice(1 slice) as a 20 minute mask.. Just looked in the mirror, and the pimple on my cheek is tiny, not even pink anymore, and you can hardly see it.. Also, I noticed an immediate result in the smoothness of my skin... I'm gonna keep it up for a week or two then update..

Pros:

It works!! Squeeze some lemon juice into a container/cup and dab a cotton wool/makeup pad into it, then dab onto face. Leave overnight.

Cons:

Stings, especially on active, red pimples.

Have tried so many different products from beauticians, doctors, dermatologists... Nothing has ever worked so well and so quickly (overnight!)
