Pros:

Best replacment for moisturizer I have ever used!!! evened out my blotchy skin tone!! Immediately removes the tightness of dry skin. Light so you don't feel it unlike most moisturizers. fairly inexpensive for what it does. Can be used all over.

Cons:

Absolutely NONE! I love this stuff.

I read about Jojoba oil on this site actually and began applying it when I was taking accutane, and NOTHING could rid me of dry skin EXCEPT the Jojoba oil. This stuff kept me moisturized all day so my face wouldn't start flaking after a couple of hours (thank god, because that is so embarassing!!) I've recommended it to two other girls who have nothing but great things to say about the stuff. I don't know how I went on so long without this stuff and I thank these message boards for helping me find the good stuff FINALLY!!!!

Pros:

- absorbs excess oil from skin
- great for oily hair!!!
- moisturizes wonderfully

Cons:

- sometimes can be too greasy
- can't wear during the day

I started using jojoba last month and stopped within my 2nd week because I felt it wasn't doing much. I kept putting it in my hair because I is so great with my hair. About 1 week ago, i started using it on my face again. in the morning i cannot apply it b/c its too greasy. i apply my aha sunscreen for the daytime after washing with a mild soap (either spectro or aveeno moisturizing bar). i give my face a quick rince at lunch time so that i can reapply my sunscreen. in the evening, i wash my face with spectro jel and apply 4 drops of jojoba oil to my face. in the night, i just rince off the jojoba oil with warm water and a little soap if it is needed. and i apply my BP. so far i feel good about my skin. i hope this will help fade my scars and keep my acne away.

Pros:

Best moisturizer I've ever used, decreases oiliness, very inexpensive (1 bottle has lasted me a 6 months)!

Cons:

None.

LOVE LOVE LOVE jojoba oil! I have been using it for about 6 months on my oily, breakout-prone skin, and I'm so glad I decided to try it! It is now the only moisturizer I use, and it has improved my skin a lot. I now only get one small pimple when I get my period, and it's gone within a day or two. People commented actually commented on how much my skin improved (one girl asked if I had had Botox..haha). My routine: mornings, I splash my face with warm water a few times, then, before drying off, apply a few drops of jojoba oil to my hands, rub my hands together and apply to my face lightly. After 5-10 minutes, I splash my face with a little water and very lightly pat dry. During the day, I wear Everyday Minerals makeup. At night, I wash with Kiss My Face Pure Olive Oil soap, followed with 50/50 solution of ACV and water on a cotton pad, then do my jojoba oil routine. Every few days I use Queen Helene Mint Julep mask, with a few drops of Tea Tree Oil added.

Pros:

Reduces redness and appears to reduce inflammation . Feels soothing after applying; leaves skin feeling soft and well-nourished.

Cons:

Mild initial breakout. Leaves skin very shiny!

I suffer from bad acne. I don't have a lot of acne, I have bad acne (i.e., cysts). They hurt bad and are very tender; they're always red and irritated. Because I'm light-skinned, they are very noticeable. When I get these painful cysts, the bacteria gets deep into the pores and last weeks, sometimes months, before the bacteria can come out. In desperation, I tried 100% pure jojoba oil. I've been using this for a week now. At first, I broke out mildly; I think it's the "initial purge" many talk about. A week into this my cysts have reduced in size, redness, and inflammation. I'm moderately satisfied, but will continue to use this in hopes of seeing better long-term effects. I will post my progress in a week or so.

Pros:

It does not have an odor, absorbs great, it's affordable, and with ProActive, my skin has NEVER been more clear. Jojoba oil is the best product I have ever used on my skin and I have tried everything at every price range.

Cons:

I can't think of anything. I do not think it's too oily of a product. I use it after I wash my face, under light makeup...I don't have to wear much makeup at all now, because my skin is staying clear ever since I started using jojoba oil.

Try it. I use ProActiv and I think that while using Jojoba oil together is the main reason my skin is clear of acne.

Pros:

Small container. Btw, I'm using Jason Natural Cosmetics Pure Organic Jojoba Oil.

Cons:

None at all...

Been using this oil for a couple of weeks now as a moisturizer, and this made my sensitive and oily skin blemish & pimple-free. Love it! Love it! Highly recommended for acne prone skin.

Pros:

This stuff is great. it completely takes care of flakes and drying. It even seems to help prevent acne and heal existing acne/red marks. I mix 3 drops in my moisturizer once a day because that application method works best for me.

Cons:

Makes my skin very oily, so I can only use it at night and have to sleep on a soft towel. It's well worth it, though.

This stuff is great. I use it only at night, and since using it, even my morning shave has been affected. My shave is now closer, smoother, and faster. This is truly the missing ingredient in an already great regimen. It was kinda expensive for a one ounce bottle, but it lasts a long time.

Pros:

Doesn't block pores, leaves skin soft and never oily. Lasts for ages as only a couple of drops required.

Cons:

None.

Been using this for some months. I rarely ever get a blemish on my face now, whereas i would often get a breakout monthly previously. Use a drop or two of this with aloe vera gel as your daily moisturiser.

Pros:

all natural used to cure many other things

I think you have to use the organic kind for best results. I did think it was weird to try somthing that had the word "oil" in it but it feels so smooth and im big on natural organic stuff lol
