It didn't show a huge improvement for me BUT::
Pros:
- Enjoy the taste

Cons:
- Much of effect may be placebo
- Have to drink a lot to have an effect
Pros:
Topically: Can improve skin tone + quell breakouts. But seemed to become ineffective after a while or possibly my acne got worse and it couldn't handle it.
As for drinking it: I'LL NEVER TAKE THIS AGAIN!!
Cons:
A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Made my acne 10 times worse. I'm 21 but felt like I was transported back to when I was 15 with horrible skin.
