Pros:

Helped acne slightly

Cons:

makes you thirsty

I drank about two cups everyday for a while and to be honest, I'm not really sure if it helped. Overall it is very good for health and I highly recommend it. I suggest a high quality tea such as Matcha Republic of Tea. Do not get generic brands. Green tea may also have antiandrogen effects. And it has tons of antioxidants. This is something that everyone should drink everyday, without sugar of course. I bet if you replace all your soda intake with unsweetened brewed high quality green or white tea, your acne will improve a lot.

Pros:

it was refreshing and soothing to drink
i really love the taste, but it will depend on you
my face can maintain clear complexion!!!
my redness reduced
my skin tone got brighter and evened out

Cons:

it takes a while to see results... for me it took 4 weeks...
can keep you up if you drink it at night if its not caffeine free( i drink high quality japanese green tea, and it has some caffeine))
makes you dizzy if you drink too much, i recommed drinking it before or after meals

Im 14 and ive been drinking green tea ever since fith grade I started getting bad acne in 7th grade Ive always admired my korean friend's beautiful and clean skin, she said that she drinks green tea everyday. I drink it like 4 times a day, and it helps reduce my redness i really dont like to put it on my skin, because since i have combination skin, i cant be washing or applying too much water or liquid to my skin, or else my skin will be horribly dry, and get super oily after a while, thts why i only wash my face twice a day It might help you if you put it on your face, let it dry, then put on an oil free moisturizer, but i'm just trying to stick with my dermatoligists prescribed medications to apply to my skin

Pros:

Ok, this stuff seems to be working like a pro and it clears my skin like benzyl. I love the minty feel. I mix this green tea oil with equal parts witch hazel, rose water, a little hydrogen peroxide and mint alchol and WOW!! It cured my severe acne!

Cons:

I hate the oil feel that's why I added the other ingredients to the green tea oil.

Well like I said..... I use the mixture as a toner/treatment along with equate medicated acne wash a saint ives knock off, and seriously this cured my SEVERE ACNE in like a week total, it shocked my whole family!!!!!! It can be a little drying though so beware, but man oh man did it work, I just added a few crushed asperins into the liquid spray, so we'll see how that works. And yes I put the concoction in a spray bottle although you do have to cover your eyes and shake it before use because the oil rises to top like in salad dressing.

Pros:

It works GREAT both topically and as a drink! I prefer topically, though.
A mix of powdered green tea, water, lemon juice, and honey made my acne go away in just a week! (:

Cons:

None that I can see.

I have normal/oily at the t-zone skin, and it worked for me.

Pros:

clear skin, clears up acne

Cons:

none...oh well don't brew too long or tea tastes bitter...

i love green tea i've been drinking it for well over 2 years now, but i've finally found a brand that actually clears up my skin brilliantly. it's called 'just organic' green tea (i dont know if it is sold overseas but im sure you can find organic green tea, otherwise dilmah is just as great). and i drink about 12 cups a day (i know pee central) but it really does help clear up my skin, my advice for first time green tea drinkers do not drink more than 3 cups a day when first starting or you will be sick from mineral overdose. i ran out of green tea for about 2 weeks and my skin went crazy and i had to beg my mum to buy me some more, and when i got it within 2 days my skin had already started clearing up. i recommend this product completely, hopefully it works for you guys and battle acne from the inside out
