Pros:

Inexpensive
Fast, Free Shipping
Easy to cancel
Easy to use

Cons:

Dried Skin Out
Made Acne Worse
Product does not last entire month

I ordered this product with high hopes. I had previously tried Proactiv and it didn't really do much for me. It didn't make my acne better or worse, so I cancelled. I decided to try MaxClarity. It shipped very fast with standard shipping. Unfortunately it make my face break out badly. It also left extremely dry spots on my face. That was the worst of all. I used it for about 15 days before the foam wash ran out. It was supposed to last me 30 days. canceling was very easy and did not have to send items back. The customer care rep just credited $10 to my account so I wouldn't have to pay shipping fee to send items back to get my refund.

Pros:

Inexpensive
Clear Directions
Money back guarantee

Cons:

Dried my face like crazy
Didnt help with the pimples
Got new pimples in different places than my problem areas

I tried max clarity thinking that it would help because my face really wasnt thatttt bad, but now it is worse. When i called customer service to cancel my next order, they told me that it takes 4-6 weeks for maximum results, and well, it has been 4 and my face is worse than when i started using it. I got better results from AcneFree which you can buy at Meijer. Good thing it was cheap, if it wasnt, i would be reallllyy mad.

Pros:

Easy to use
Relatively quick morning and evening routines

Cons:

Bottles stop dispensing when there seems to be more "foam" left

Just did not work for me

I am a 43 year old male, and I have suffered with acne since age 12. Like most, I have tried almost EVERYTHING out there - including these products - and nothing seems to work. Acne products should clear you up AND keep it under control. I have used these products over 8 weeks now, and I find that it takes awhile to clear up existing acne, and also new acne continues to develop. I had really high hopes for this product. I'm very disappointed. I am currently taking an Acai supplement as I heard it can help with acne. I've only been taking it a few days, but I'll post my results after a month or so.

Pros:

The product is very mild, but very effective.

Cons:

OMG....It is my duty to let everyone know what my experience was. Canceling the order was an ordeal. I canceled the order, but then was told that I was being shipped another and they could not stop this. I was o.k. with that and thought that was it. Then I was charged again, but this time it was for an order I was never charged for. I spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting for the to figure this out. Then I was told that I would not be billed.....HOWEVER...that was not all.

I was assured that I would not be billed anymore and that I did not have to cancel my debit card. On 12/23 I saw 2 pending transactions for $9.95. I had to wait until Monday to call since no one could do anything since they were pending. I then called Monday and was told that since they had not billed me for shipping and handling. Therefore, I now have another billing from this company. When I was assured the last time from a supervisor that nothing else would debit my account??? IN ALL.... if you are willing to spend time on the phone getting different excuses and have no problem with someone debiting your account as they wish then go ahead and order this product. I forgot to mention...the foam towards the end comes out as liquid!!! So you think your getting the whole 30 or 60 days and your NOT! That was disappointing as well....

Pros:

Reduced redness
"Clean" feeling

Cons:

Dried skin out to the point of flaking
Did not cure acne
Stung
Severely irritating
Caused me to break out in hives

Now I'm not sure if I had an allergic reaction or not, but from day 1 of starting MaxClarity my acne on my jawline became extremely itchy and irritated, and only made the acne worse. After a while I just gave up completely on the product because of the irritation. I only used it once a day every other day.

Pros:

starting price

Cons:

price goes up
dispenser broke
does not last a month
difficult to return
break outs where there were none before

Seemed ok the first 2 weeks. After that breakouts began to occur where none existed before. Customer service made it very difficult to return. New package was sent before trial period was over at $15 more than original price and they make you pay shipping to return something you didn't ask for.

Pros:

The system is simple and easy to use.

Cons:

Dries out skin. Horrible customer service. Ruined my towels

It does not work. My acne cleared a little bit for the first two weeks, then it got worse. I started getting at least two new pimples a day, huge ones that would turn into white heads (I usually don't get this type of acne). They were so embarassing, I couldn't even cover it with make up. MaxClarity advertises "NO IRRIATION" but it totally dried out my skin and left my face super flakey. Also, I don't know what's in that stuff, but it completely ruined my towel with bleach stains all over it. So if you try MaxClarity, be sure to dry your face with a white towel, but I strongly do not reccommend this product!

Cons:

worst product ever!

Ever since using this product, acne problem got worst. On top of that they sent next item even before the next item delivery day. I didn't even have full 60 days of trial period as they promised - only about 30days or so. To receive the credit, I had to call several times again and again and the rep told me some $ amount, but I received much less than the promised amount. The rep. doesn't even know what they're talking about. Don't waste your time and money. This is worst company I've ever dealt with.

Pros:

Foam goes on quick and easy, comfortable.
Cheap

Cons:

Leaves your skin shiney.
Stops working after about 2 weeks, then acne comes back stronger.
Customer Service is terrible...

Do not buy this product. It stops working after the first 2 weeks, and their customer service reps are ridiculous and wont take no for an answer... Bottom line, this product does not work!!!
