Ok so this is my first review im going to write another after a week and then another after 2 weeks and then 1 after a month this is my 4th day im on my period and am having initial break out so my skin actually looks a lot worse than recently as differin and oral antibiotic was working quite well for me. however i haven't experience flaking on nearly the same level as differin - certainly nothing that can't be exfoliated of and my skin is slightly flushed but not the scaley mess differin made it at first. I have been using more moisteriser but if differin irritates your face then i think this might less. Also the breakout i've had looks like an initial break out not regular break because its all located in the same place and these are places i don't usually get acne. I can't really explain why it looks like an initial breakout but I think that if you have had acne for a long time you understand how i would be able to tell the difference. This feels like

Pros:

Works pretty well in reducing number of spots and also size of spots. Ive been using it for 5 weeks now and for the majority of that time ive been more confident with my skin than when i was using BP the last couple of months.

Cons:

Dry skin; have to use mouisturiser every morning and sometimes even take some mouisturiser out with me for the day.

I definitely think having less spots and being more confident is worth the hassle of dry skin. Sure, ive had a couple bad weeks on this (after about 3 weeks use) with a breakout, but right now my skins pretty decent. An alternative to BP if that is working too well with you any more.

Pros:

cant say

Cons:

drying of skin, does not work well

its hard to say if the cream works or not coz if been using it for 2 mnths now and acne medication is not new to my face ....so it shouildnt take so long to show its effects!! ive used DIFFERIN,ZINERYT, CLINDAMYCIN...i think the doctor is now experimenting on me...my acne has never ever gone for as good as 1 week atleast!! i have always had acne..n no medicine...even the azithromycin thought its useless i dissolved.....n it gave up on me
