Pros:

Good for you and helps clear your skin some.

Cons:

It's messy and awkward to use in a dorm room.

Those claiming immediate clearing must not know what acne is. And get the facts on whites vs yolks. Whites are protein and little else. Yolks are rich in vits A, D, E and B's- including B5. Using yolks everyday for 2 wks will offer some improvement of acne, IF you also continue your BP regimen and your wash. Basically, its not a miracle cure, but it makes a helpful addition to Dan's program.

Soft skin, not much of help though

Pros:

Smooth skin

Cons:

Doesn't prevent acne

I used this mask a few times before I found the regimen. I put the mask on and washed it off after 15 minutes. Makes skin very smooth, but won't prevent acne

Pros:

- Cheap
- Quick fix up

Cons:

- Doesn't whiten, or clear your skin as many claims
- Slimy texture & raw smell

Egg whites are good for a quick fix up, as it temporarily tightens your pores. However, it only works if you use it sparingly, i.e. not more than once every week or two. It doesn't whiten my skin at all, and it doesn't make it any softer after the first application. However, I find the egg yolk to be very nourishing and helpful to moisturize dry skin when used with honey.

Pros:

Really tightened the skin, nice texture, good smell, easy to apply and very easy to do

Cons:

Once I looked in the mirror again that evening I had pimples on my forehead

I used the egg white as a mask and the yolk as a moisturizer. You don't need much of it. I wouldn't use it again though and stick to my clay masks

Pros:

affordable! (egg white from 1 egg can be used for a few days), leaves skin smooth =)

Cons:

no apparent effects on size or redness of zits, the egg white feels goopy and disgusting. not exactly very pleasant to put on your face

my skin felt soft and supple after washing off but i don't really see my acne improving. i think i got a few more whiteheads too.

Pros:

it tightens your skin.. i can FEEL it , and see it , tightening my skin..

Cons:

it smells .. and doesnt really reduce redness .. i dont think it does much for your actual acne .. just pores .
