Pros:

Easy and practical, old American remedy, smooths skin, retains elasticity, purges pores of dirt, oil and pus, reduces redness, makes skin lighter, makes skin look more youthful.

Cons:

A bit messy and lightly drying, which takes a little getting used to.

My Mother told me about one of her most precious secrets while she was a teenager in the 70s. It was as simple as beating egg whites up in a bowl and applying them to your face as a mask! It is so simple, and instantly your skin feels rejeuvenated, healthy, clean and in the process of healing. Here's what you do: 1. Crack one egg and seperate the white into a bowl. This can be done by getting both halves of the cracked egg shell and transferring the yolk back and forth between them. The yolk should stay in one of the shells while the white falls in the bowl. Seperate the yolk and store it in your refrigerator, don't waste good food. Or, you could make scrambled eggs after you apply the mask! 2. Whip the egg white vigorously with a whisk or fork until it becomes a bit frothy, with bubbles on the surface. 3. (optional) Add a drop of Tea Tree Oil in the egg white. You can get Tea Tree oil from your local health food store. It usually comes in a little glass bottle and runs from $5-$15. Tea Tree Oil is a natural anti-microbial from the Australian Tea Tree and has been clinically tested to calm and clear acne breakouts. The anti-microbial properties of the Tea Tree Oil along with the proteins of the egg make the mask even more effective. 4. Apply egg whites to face. Smooth over face gently. The egg white will start to dry and tighten skin. At this point, take some more egg whites and spot treat problem areas and large pimples. 5. Go to sleep. Rinse mask off in the morning. Your face should feel calm, smooth and refreshed and breakout should be significantly reduced. Follow these simple steps and your breakout should clear up in no time!

It makes your skin feel so incredible. It tightens it so you immediately feel younger and cleaner. I could see a huge difference with my acne from a single use. Just whip up the whites, apply it on and leave it on until you cant smile and rinse it off. Apply the yolk for a natural moisturizer! It feels like im getting a facial done. Just amazing!

I have been using eggs regulary for about 3 months( i started in November of 2009 and now it's January 2010 ) and they work great for me. I find that the next day after an egg mask my skin is alot smoother and there is no red splotchess. it only costs me about $3 a month and I use it at lest once a week on Tuesdays and whenever i feel i need it ( that time of the month for instence ) What i do ( u don't have to do it the same way it's your choice how you do it this treatment might not be for everyone so if it's not working for you I would recomend either a honey mask or Burts bees ) HERE IT IS STEP BY STEP 1. separate the egg white and egg yolk and peel that translusant layer from around the egg ( this includes the air bubble ) it may take practice to remove from egg shell. 2 then i beat the egg white till it is all bubbly and apply it to my face 3 wait until I cannot smile 4 wash a bit but not completly then I apply the skin to my "problem areas" ( my nose and cheeks) if u can't get skin off it's ok just skip to yolk. 5 wait till skin turns a solid white and peel off 6 wash face DON'T DRY 7 apply yolk to face wait till u can't smile 8 wash off well ur skin will feel tight for at lest another 2 hours NOW U MAY DRY = D 9 ( optional, which i personally don't do ) apply your favorite mosturizer 10. Your done feel great dress up apply some make up ( if u wear makeup ...I wear makeup but only lip gloss and a bit of mascarra just cause I like the natural look = ) style your hair and feel special = )

Pros:

The foam is very easy to make and it's also very inexpensive. Skin looks clearer after first use but looks much better while the mask is actually on. I wish it was accepted by society to walk around with egg white on your face.

Cons:

The egg white foam is kinda messy and stinky. It makes your face feel really tight which some would consider good. The tight feeling continues even after it's been washed off.

I will continue to use this and see how it goes for me. First use has really convinced me. If this does not work then I will just start taking Isotretinoin.

Pros:

shrinks pores instantly, smooths skin, cheap, shrinks pimples in one use!

Cons:

none

I just cracked an egg and separated the white from the yolk, then I rubbed the egg white on my face & let it dry for about 25 minutes. After I washed it off with warm water, I immediately noticed a difference! my skin was smoother and softer and my acne looked less noticeable after only use! it's great for oily skin and so easy to use! I love it! I think anyone with acne should try it before they start using medications, it works!

Pros:

Tightens pores, evens out skin texture and tone, reduces redness, lightens the skin. Minimizes redness and size of pimples.

Cons:

It's irritating after it dries, but it's worth the wait.

I love it, the anticipation is worth it. It's irritating. But who cares. People comment on my skin all the time, who would have ever thought that the captain of the football team wears masks? I reccomend this to anyone.
