Pros:

tightens and softens skin, removes blackheads!!!! free biore strips!!!!! lol

Cons:

kinda uncomfortable

ok i actually first did this for a burn on my face (so it wouldnt scar.... thats another good tip while not acne related.... egg whites prevent a burn from scarring but wont stop pain) and when i washed my face it was sooo soft in that spot so i asked my mom about it and she told me if i applied toilet paper to it kinda like papier mache, lol and let it dry itd remove black heads... i dip a single sheet in the egg(careful u dont tear it) apply it to my face then put a dry one over it to make it stronger(if there are pieces that dont stick just carfully dab on a bit more egg white) when its drying its a bit uncomfortable cuz it gets stiff but its so worth it. wait until its COMLETELY dry and SLOWLY ull away from ur skin(if u do it fast u wont pull everthying all the way out) when it all off just rinse ur face and ur all set! its a great alternative to those biore strips that work great but are soo over priced.... hope it works for u

My family suffers from acne and I came across the egg white mask on many websites and magazines. I've spent a fortune on creams and cleansers that don't work so I decided to give the egg white mask a try, because it's so cheap and something I already had in the kitchen. Like other people i thought "Yeah it's just a waste of time, it won't work etc." But how could my face get any worse? So I applied egg white to my face and felt my skin tighten as it dried. It was messy and a little itchy, but very easy to wash off compared to other masks. My skin was instantly clarified and pure with an even skin tone. Each pore tightened/decreased in size and my cheeks were softer. My pimples appeared smaller, and i can actually feel my skin breathing. Even my family and friends notice an improvement in my skin. The egg white mask, after a mudmask (to unclog pores and lift out dirt) is the solution to clear skin.

Pros:

Reduces redness, and swelling.
A low price treatment.
Easy to fix up.

Cons:

If used more then 3 times a week, can cause some major irritation!

I used this a few nights ago, and kept it on for five minutes, rinsed it off with warm water and lathered my face in Aloe Vera. I have noticed, my complexion looks tighter, and firmer then usual, and my skin which is pale looks almost porcelain on me. My acne that was sprouting up along my cheek, is barely noticeable. I will occasionally break out, and when I do I applie a layer of this on my problem spots, over night, and in the morning it looks as if they're gone.

Pros:

Got rid of blackheads
Reduce redness/evened out my skin tone

Cons:

Made me break out more than I already do

I tried putting on an egg white mask everyday for a week. It feels tight on the skin but it doesn't hurt and it is easy to wash off. My blackheads were gone in just 3 days! I have very bad acne so my face is always red and the egg white seemed to make my face less red for the first time in my life. The only bad thing is that it made me break out more so I will only use it on the areas with blackheads and maybe like once a week for the redness

~works
~results

~itchy face

~your putting egg whites on your face- ew!
~wasting part of egg

I tried this with my Uncle and my little brother and we had a lot of fun doing it. It was fun to see how we looked so funny and watch our face "shrink". This is the best treatment you really could get with the simplest thing from your house. You could do it weekly because it only takes 20 min at most including the preparation of the egg and keeping it on your face for 15 min. What we did was we took one egg and separated the whites and the yolk and I kind of whipped the whites a little. Then we just applied it to our faces. It was easy and not that uncomfortable bet it did make my face itch A LOT to where I just wanted to take it off. But otherwise this is a very fun thing to do with friends and no doubt helps/will help your skin a TON!!!!

Pros:

feels skin softer , pores feels tight, skin feels more moisturize

Cons:

Don't know yet second night using it.

I used this egg white mask with the egg yolk because my skin got dry out from too much benzoyl peroxide. My skin was so dry and everything I put on get it so irritated and itchy until I put the egg white and egg yolk on my skin and the next morning when I touch my skin it was so much calmer and less dry. The redness from the benzoyl peroxide was less visible, but didn't notice and reduce in my moderate acne. I think its better for dry skin though.

Pros:

MAJORLY shrinks pores (your skin will look like a magazine model when the eggwhites dry) reduces redness, seems to minimize acne and cause it to appear less noticeable. Gives a healthy glow, too!

Cons:

Face feels really tight while the eggwhites are on. Try not to make facial expressions or you'll literally get stuck that way, hehe. Is a bit messy.

This is the best natural treatment I've ever found - along with a honey/oatmeal mask. The egg whites seem to reduce inflammation, while shrinking my normally huge pores down to almost *nothing*! The amount of acne I usually get during this time (from my period) has decreased, and the ones that I do get aren't as big, red, or swollen as usual - they've also disappeared quicker. In short, try this out. I've been on Accutane (which works) but I can't afford a second course - hopefully the eggwhite mask will keep working and I won't have to take anymore pills. If you don't feel like cracking eggs - simply buy a carton of egg whites from the store.
