Fab, but drying
This is a good value product and I absolutely love using it, however it is super drying. My skin is pretty dry anyway so if you have oily skin, that might not be a problem. I've been using it for over 3 weeks now and can't say I've seen a massive difference in my acne but will definitely continue to use it.

Works for oily-skin mainly.

Pros:

Smells clean
Works
Lasts long

Cons:

Expensive
Drying

I love this product, but can't use it anymore. ): My skin has turned really dry since it's winter, and using this is too much. I usually have to use cream cleansers and may try the cream version of this. This product really does work, but not for people with dry skin.

Pros:

controls oiliness of skin
makes skin smooth
smells great
clears up acne a bit

Cons:

dries out skin
can be red and irritating if you don't use a moisturizer
brake out after a couple washes

I use this twice a day once in the morning and once before I go to bed. In the boring I wash my face, put on Effaclar Duo acne treatment, apply a moisturizer (cetaphil for me) then I do my makeup. At night I wash my face with this and the apply Effaclar Duo. This product has gotten rid of most of my acne its just the red marks that remain, and those are the frustrating ones! Give it a try see how you like it :)

Pros:

-Face feels really clean
-Removes makeup easily
-Less irritating than others I've tried
-I had no initial breakout or increase when I started using it

Cons:

-Really stings your eyes

This has been my daily cleanser for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with it. I use it twice a day and it removes all my makeup in the evening easily too. It is a very simple product with the bare minimum of ingredients which is something that I like about it. It doesn't have a fancy color or anything it is just a clear gel that makes a lovely foam on your face. I had no increase in acne when I started to use it and there was no adjustment period, my skin didn't react badly at all. I use this along with Effaclar Duo the treatment gel and it has worked brilliantly. I wouldn't say that the cleanser would be able to clear up a serious breakout on it's own but it definitely helps and doesn't add any extra harshness to a routine when using other products. Great product :)

Pros:

-Leaves skin soft
-Balances moisture

Cons:

-Contains sodium laureth sulfate
-Scented

I feel like you can tell a lot about a cleanser based on how your skin feels just after washing. For that reason I give effaclar 4/5, it seems to balance my skin's moisture and gives me a really smooth base to apply moisturizer and makeup. However, as my acne continues to come and go, I've been doing some research on products and found that effaclar contains sodium laureth sulfate which, according to the acne.org regimen is a huge no-no....so now I'm not sure what to believe. I would say give this product a go, because everyone is different and so is our skin. I suspect that my acne is persisting because of the topical cream I'm using, I feel like the cleanser is doing its job. Give it a go, especially if you wear make-up every day.

Pros:

the only face cleanser that works so far for my sensitive acne prone skin. it doesn't cause breakouts, but may be drying if you have dry skin. this cleanser purifies oily skin with imperfections & unclog pores.

Cons:

may be a bit too pricey for a cleanser, but worth it

This cleanser is great if you have oily skin with imperfections. It doesn't cause breakouts for me & it was the only cleanser that i have used so far that cleared me up a lot. (i've used ALOT of products in the past that didn't work & irritated my skin even more) This product was recommended by my dermatologist & was tested for acne prone skin. (wash with warm water 1st to open up pores & when you finish cleansing your face with this cleanser wash it off with warm water & then the last rinse wash it with COLD water to close your pores.

Pros:

This product balances your PH and helps your skin from your other bad treatments that you have tried, it removes acne, blemishes and little zits and spots. The best thing is that this product DOES NOT contain benzoyl peroxide or salycilic acid!WORKS

Cons:

It may be expensive and hard to find, but it worths it

I found this product in a very good pharmacy in Mexico named "Farmacia Dermatologica", there they only sell very expensive products may I say. I consulted a dermatologist very helpful and gave the products that I had to use, she DIDN'T gave me the fool 3-STEP, she gave me something different, the EFFACLAR PURIFYING FOAMING GEL (for mornings and nights) EFFACLAR M (for mornings) EFFACLAR K (for nights), A VICHY PURETTE DETOXIFICATION (for 2 times a week at night instead of the EFFACLAR PURIFYING FOAMING GEL) and the SUNSCREEN ANTHELIOS FOR FACE, OILY TO COMBINATION SKIN 50+ (obviously for mornings) adnd when I bought it they gave me a bag from LA ROCHE-POSAY with thermal water and a little sample of the sunscreen mentioned above. In the past I tried everything like Clean&Clear, Neutrogena and the stupid Proactiv that only damaged my skin with all those chemicals. BUT I HAVE TO REALLY SWEAR THAT THIS WORKS!
