Pros:

I can't think of any at all.

Cons:

Way too thick, left a gross white film all over my face.

I can honestly say I will never use this moisturizer again. I was desperate for a moisturizer that cleared up my terrible dry spots all over my face, which have been made worse by the BP, (which I do love by the way, regardless). So I bought this moisturizer, thinking it could do the trick. WRONG! I used it once, and while perhaps I should have given it more of a chance, I just can't. It's awful. It left a white outine all over my face, as well as just balled up and mixed with the BP on my face. The texture was terrible; way too thick, and it did not rub on of absorb well. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone, ever.

Pros:

Great winter moisturizer
Relatively Lightweight
Doesn't clog pores (for me, however it has comedogenic ingredients such as Glyceral Stearate)
Absobrs Very Quickly
Controls Flakes

Cons:

Can not be used with benzoyl peroxide
Smells like sunscreen
Too Greasy for people with oily skin

I would recommend this product to people with combination skin that are looking for an adequate moisturizer to use during the winter. However, DO NOT use this if you medicate acne with benzoyl peroxide. It burns like mad, and makes my face red. It works fine with most Retinols, however.

Pros:

light, doesnt leave your face too oily

Cons:

leaves a nasty film on your face, turns it red/orange, does not moisturize well at all

I think i may be allergic to this moisturizer. I have extremely oily skin. I have tried putting this on my face 3 different times, for a few days in a row each time. Every time, my face gets progressively redder by the day, my skin looks like it has some nasty film on it that can't be washed off, and it does not do a very good job at moisturizing because i still peel when i have it on. The redness reducing moisturizer from Purpose is far better, even though it is more oily.

I picked this up one day without every hearing of the brand before. I was excited to use it, because it was my first moisturizer that wasn't loaded with fragrance and chemicals, and I had high hopes for how it would work on my skin. I will agree with a previous reviewer, if you're medicated (with anything, really, in my experience) this may not be the best option for you. It did burn my face like crazy once I started using topical treatments prescribed to me or any OTC spot treatments, etc. However, before I started using those things, it was pretty great. It's heavier, and I do remember it making my face a bit oily/greasy. I think for someone with dry skin like me, it would be good to use before applying makeup so that there isn't any flaking, but I don't think that I ever wore this out on a naked face, because it looked just like I had applied an actual sunscreen to my face. I think it would be great for the winter or for people who have very, very dry skin. (however, if your skin is raw it's gonna burn like hell so I would stick to something like Cerave) IMHO, I agree with another reviewer that said that if you don't need the SPF, you should pass on this product. While it works, there are better options out there for the same (or lower) price.

Pros:

SPF

Cons:

didn't help with my dry skin, hard to absorb

I didn't like this moisturizer. I had to use it over other moisturizer because it didn't help my dryness at all. It also felt really sticky and gross and i had to use blotting sheets every day when I was using it. The only plus is that it has SPF which I need because I have really pale skin. I love the purpose cleanser which I use everyday so I was excited to try this moisturizer but I don't like it at all, I would not recommend this to anyone!!

Pros:

None.

Cons:

I broke out in red, oozing hives after ONE application. My dermatologist told me to discontinue immediately (duh) and gave me a prescription pill of some sort, and said I was really lucky scarring didn't ensue.

BAD product! NEVER EVER buy!
