worked for me!
I don't usually write reviews but I had to share. These steps worked for me: Wash face with dove soap. Wash with spectro-gel (or other brand similar product). Pat dry. Apply hydrogen peroxide to cotton pad wipe face with the pad. Hold a little longer (30 seconds or so) on the pimples. Be careful, it bleaches the hair so watch your eyebrows! Use bye bye blemish as per directions. Go to bed and wake up and see the difference! I really regret not taking a before and after picture. I have been using this daily for almost a week. Not sure if it is doing anything to the "dead" ones yet...

Pros:

Zaps pimples in less than 24 hours if you catch it quickly, dries quickly

Cons:

Must be used at night, smells like matches

Well, I actually like the smell, but my husband hates it. Regardless, I have moderately severe acne (or at least did up until four months ago). I use this in conjunction with Clean & Clear Continuous Control whenever I see/feel a pimple coming up. I put it on before bed, after I wash my face, and it is greatly reduced by AM. I usually have tons of breakouts all over my cheeks, chin, lip line, around my nose, on my brow bone, temples, and forehead. I get whiteheads and pustules. These two products have helped me unlike any other product, cheap or expensive, prescription or OTC. I can't say enough positive things about these two products. Much better than any acne system. But, just be sure your skin is oily and you actually DO have acne problems. Otherwise, they'll probably dry your skin out. I know that people that have more than three pimples at a time think they have acne and then they complain a product burnt their skin or dried them out. So, if you don't have acne, then don't use it

Pros:

This product is fantastic! I've never seen something work so well and so unbelievably quick.

Cons:

If you don't have oily skin, it might dry it out a bit. I can barely ever find it in Canada and have to order online.

The only cons to this product are that I can never find it in stores! It is definitely the best acne treatment out there though.

Pros:

bottle lasts very long time

Cons:

price and smelly?

Works GREAT! I have pretty bad inflammatory acne, so when I put this on a pimple is is greatly reduced if not flat the next morning. I've also noticed that it doesn't really dry my skin out very much in the process either. Basically it's a great spot treatment that I can always rely on.

Pros:

Works GREAT! Starts working overnight, wake up to clear skin, works on black heads and white heads, really effective acne remover.

Cons:

Very dry skin, doesn't prevent acne; only diminishes existing acne.

I use Murad Acne complex, neutrogena face wash, and a few more products to prevent my acne, because this stuff won't prevent acne. If somehow some type of acne breaks through this stuff will put it in check, and overnight, too. Try it...

Pros:

Works consistently for me.

Cons:

Alittle stinky - but worth it.

I'm over 40 and having hormonal acne that has been just awful and distressing. I bought this product, like many other folks, as a what-the heck, I've tried everything, attempt to get rid of my acne problem. It consistently reduces the size and swelling of the pimple and helps speed up the drying and healing of the bump. I've never had this product "give" me more pimples EVER... so I'm not sure what is up with those remarks by other people who tried the product.

Pros:

Excellent product. Dries those zits right up before they have a chance to peak.

Cons:

None for me.

Better than any topical RX doctor's had given in the past. Plus, if you do a spot treatment during the day, you can blend it nicely on your skin after it dries. If you skin is dry, apply and oil free moisturizer first.

This is a awome product to get rid off the occasional zit and it would of been perfect if only that after using it for a long time i became immune to it an it no longer was as effective as the first time i tried it. prolly in my opinion its the strongest product sold in over the counter stores an most effective so far, i recommend it!
