Pros:

healthy skin
healthy body

Cons:

you pee a lot

You won't get rid of acne just by drinking water, you have to eat right too. Depending on how sensitive your skin is, but if i go on an eating crap binge (greasy food, cheeses, etc) it will show on my face. But when I eat healthy and drink tons of water, my face looks clear, has a nice glow to it, i'm slimmer- a win-win situation. I also started using retin-a and have noticed a huge difference in past scars. This combo is working for me, give it a try!

Pros:

reduced breakouts
improves skin
hydration
feel great

Cons:

None, except maybe weight loss

I heard about how this could help acne, and I though I might as well give it a try especially since it is good for me either way. I was using it will topical olive oil and my breakouts were reduced. I stopped for a week, because I ran out of water, and acne increased by about 50%. I have since started drinking about 5 bottles of water a day, and it defiantly helps. I'd say you will loose about 50% of acne. This is amazing considering this is just drinking water. I'd be happy if it reduced it by 25% and id recommend this to everyone with acne, because it will at least kill a pimple for every three you might get. BEST FOR OILY SKIN (sensitive skin will likely receive a 10% and lower benefit)

Pros:

easy to access
cheap
refreshing
good for you!!!!

Cons:

ABSOLUTELY NONE

water is good for you point blank! so many people get caught up with spending so much money on expensive acne treatments, but why? Now sure not all of us are lucky enough to have perfect skin that "useless things" like water can help. I am one of those people i used to have really bad acne, but i found that the times when I'm constantly drinking water, that's when my face is clear and clean. Im not saying don't use ANYTHING and only drink water; i use cleansers and moisturizers, but water keeps my face smooth and clear. using all the products on top of your body means nothing if you don't care about what you put into it!!!!!!!!
