used for 4 months and my skin cleared by 90% and is still clear. WAY better than proactiv or anything over the counter

works well and does what it says. you do get the purge from the herbs but now my skin is normal again

I have used this acne system, as well as the scar kit in the past, as have about 7 of my friends and family members on advice from me. It worked for 6 of them and my brother had to be put on antibiotics. Obviously not every treatment will work for every person but I think this has a pretty good track record based on the reviews and my personal views from seeing it work onme and people around me. I do not believe that these reviews are scams or ploys and i know the product and company isn't a scam since I've dealt with them and when my brother returned his products they gave him his refund within a few weeks. I noticed results fairly quickly with both sets I used but I know some don't see results for a bit so if you aren't going to give the products a chance to work they may not for you. I would, and have, recommend these products to anyone with acne and/or scars as i have seen the good it does.

Pros:

the capsules are the main acne fighter
had no problem returning items
my skin is clearer now

Cons:

my very sensitive skin couldn't handle the cleanser and gel
the detox process they tell u about does take time

I have extremely sensitive skin, although my dr hasn't said I believe i have rosacea as well but suffered from bad eczema on my face when I was a child so it could be that as well. I have bad acne/whiteheads/blackheads but find it extremely difficult to use acne products as they make my redness and dryness worse. I was looking for something gentle and stumbled across this. after 3 days it was clear that the cleanser and gel would not work for my skin as even though they were gentle my skin still reacted. after researching the capsules I was still excited to be using those to help my acne. I returned the two products and kept the other 2 capsules and the company was very helpful with the return process. they responded to my email with the address and proper instructions. I did have to wait a few weeks for my refund but I do know that is not uncommon when doing returns and such by mail. i continued with the capsules and noticed my redness and dryness actually got better after a week or two! so they obviously do something to heal your skin. I am now in my 3rd month and do notice my acne is better, not gone, but better and hopefully more results are to come.

Hey guys, Don't be fooled by all of the good reviews. Its a marketing scheme. If you look through the posts you'll see that alot of them are just re-posts of old posts. Anyway this stuff is terrible. The cleanser is gentle but it broke me out in places I've never had acne before. They keep saying it takes time but your acne will just keep getting worse and worse the longer you use it. Be Warned!

Pros:

all of their products are wonderful

Cons:

wish they were available a bit more widely

The Support Serum has done wonders for my skin's redness and broken capillaries. I also had acne on my forehead so I ordered the capsules and continued to use the rosacea topical system. It's been almost 3 months and my acne is now about 90% gone and my redness is still gone!

didnt like having to take the capsules but i guess they worked well

More pros than cons on this system. I am quite happy with how it has worked.

Pros:

The PR Team seems pretty good...

Cons:

The reviews, here, are redundant.

Someone is posting the same comments using various people's names. After it all sounded a bit too familiar, I looked back and saw the exact same wording posted, supposedly, by different users. The PR department of this company seems to think we won't notice this. Don't buy into fake reviews!

Pros:

I haven't started using it yet but wasn't happy with the way it got shipped.

Cons:

I just received the package - the cleanser bottle was open and leaking, and it was all over the box. They said it could be during the shipping and will be sending another cleanser. As for other things that were in the box, they asked me to just rinse the bottles and it was safe to use.

Need to better job making that first impression.

Pros:

I got my money back.

Cons:

This product clogged every pore on my face!!!! BUYER BEWARE. If you have acne and you try this product, be prepared for it to make it 1,000 times worse than you ever imagined.

Listen to the bad reviews on this product or you will find out for yourself just how bad acne can really get.
