Pros:

degunks your body and makes your skin not only rid of acne but glowing too.
And it's safe to use

Cons:

doesn't work immediately

I would recommend using this even if your acne isn't super bad because not only did it get rid of my moderately severe acne but my skin is really soft and healthy looking now so the herbs really do work

My Dad is a pharmacist and my Mom works at a health food store but they both approved of me using these pills to clear up my skin instead of the creams that dried out my skin or antibiotics. I am on month 4 currently and still have a little bit of acne on my chin but my skin is tons better than it was for 7 yrs!

Pros:

Super knowledgeable staff who gave me a better understanding of my skin probs better than my derm
It's really gentle but it really works

Cons:

nothing that I can think of.

I have been seeing a derm for acne for the last 4 years. Nothing has worked. I talked to the staff via their chat option and described my skin. they suggested that since I didn't have too many large pimples, just small ones and my skin was sensitive and red sometimes i may have rosacea. I brought this up to my GP and he agreed I probably had rosacea and was amazed my derm didn't realize. zenmed gave me a suggestion for how to treat my rosacea and whatever acne I did have so I ordered that and within a week my redness was so much better and my small bumps are now going away a few weeks later. I am so happy I talked to them and got my skin issues solved FINALLY

Pros:

It seems to be working for my skin
It didn't make me sick like other pills I've taken

My parents bought this for me along with a bunch of other acne products to try. Nothing has worked for me before and I have been trying for 5 years. My parents heard good things about this system from a neighbor with teenage boys with acne so they got it for me. I have been using it for almost 2 months and so far so good. I would have to say that this is the best so far. I had some good results drinking green tea before too and this is supposed to detoxify you as well so I am going to go back to green tea to get extra good results.

Pros:

I agree with the rest that it helps significantly with acne

Cons:

I still had some blackheads

Like I said above this is the one kit that has worked the best for me. My skin is not perfect but it is significantly better than it has been for a very long time.

Pros:

got rid of my acne and whiteheads!

Cons:

didn't help much with my blackheads

My skin is not absolutly perfect now but it looks a lot better than it did a few months ago and after I used anything else I have tried. I will now move on to their scar line to help with some bumps and hopefully something to help my blackheads which are still on my nose.

Wow! my acne is gone!

Cons:

Had a bit of a nasty break-out early on.

I bought the Derma Cleanse System as well as the Botanical Acne Body Mask. I enjoy using masks for acne and even though this one was formulated mainly for the body you can use it on the face as well but I found that it was a little too harsh for my skin as I have a mild case of rosacea as well as acne so I could no longer use the mask and don't have any acne on my body so I phoned them for return info and sent it back. I wasn't expecting to get my money back because you always hear of all these scams but they refunded my money about two weeks later! I continued to use the Derma Cleanse System on my face and the gel was gentle enough that it didn't irritate my skin and the capsules worked to get rid of my acne. I am on my third kit and extremely happy with the results and all the great service I have received from this company. SO happy none of this is a scam!

Nothing, nothing, nothing!!

I am yet another one of those people who have tried EVERYTHING for my acne. Murad worked for the first month but then stopped, Pro-active dried me out, Exposed didn't work at all, OTC stuff made me too red, prescription stuff made me sick, and other home remedies were a joke! I wasn't going to bother to try zenmed because I figured it would just be another product that didn't work or dried me out but I thought oh well and tried it anyway and was amazed that there is actually something out there that helps my skin!

Cons:

My skin feels a bit tight

I've never used a system that's worked so well and has been so easy. Usually these systems have like 6 steps and you have to wait in between and stuff but this system is like wash and apply gel. Easy. I take a few capsules a day and that's it. My skin is really starting to clear up now too.

Wish the bottles were a bit bigger

I have both acne and rosacea and finding zenmed online and seeing that they had products for each I emailed them for advice. I received back an informed straightforward response an hour later with product suggestions and a discount code. I used the capsules for my acne and the rosacea system for my redness and irritation. I can not say enough good things about the rosacea system! Boy that helped right away, and the capsules seem to be doing their job because my acne is significantly better too! I would totally recommend zenmed to anyone suffering from rosacea or acne - or both!
