Cons:

I've waited for over month and a half to have this product shipped to me. Every time I called they were saying that the stuff "will be shipped tomorrow". Also, when I wanted to cancel my order after a month, they said it was too late.

Now that I got it, I'm not even happy. IT DOES NOT WORK!

Pros:

Nothing much

Cons:

Doesn't work.. full stop.

Spots are usually gone within a few days and all Zenmed does is try to claim the credit for the fading of these spots. Terrible product, do not buy. Complete and utter waste of a lot of money.

Expensive, does not work at all

I have had acne for over 10 years. I tried this Zenmed program and my acne gets worst that ever. I contacted customer services and they advised me to buy a new kit with the promise my face will clear up. False promises!!!! my acne did not improve at all. I recommend Zapzyt but make sure you are getting a moisturizer as well. Good luck with your acne, for me it's been really hard to control it

Do your research on this company first.

I ordered Zenmed and paid extra for Expedited Shipping (3 day). Well after 5 days I checked online and it said Tracking Unavailable so I called the company. They were not friendly at all. The told me that one of the items is out of stock and I said but I paid for Rush Shipping. She said it will ship out rush when we get it...she was really rude. I told her ok and later I got to thinking I don't think I want to be associated with a company that has terrible cust. service and say that will do rush shipping and not honor it (also they charged my account b4 even processing product). So I decided to research online if anyone else had problems with this company and OH YES there have been many many complaints. I called them back to cancel my order...it has been 4 days later and they still have not canceled it. I think they are running some kind of scam and the products do not work at all. I believe all the postive reviews on this website was written by someone in their company.

Price, no results and REALLY crappy customer service. Total scam

Please don't buy into all the fake reviews about how well this product works. Zenmed is posting these reviews to increase the ratings. This product was a complete waste of time and money. I called their customer service line to get a refund after trying this product for seven weeks. They said there was no record of my purchase. It seems i'm not the only one who's had this problem. I did have more frequent breakouts while on Zenmed but I'm attributing that to the fact that I stopped my usual routine. Spectrojel, 2.5% Panoxyl and cetaphil moisturizer. These products have always worked really well for me so I'm going to stick to them from now on.

Pros:

smells good, not that it matters.

Cons:

probably the most genius scam ever. What worthless trash. What evil, degenerate, callous, greedy, shallow, indifferent scumbags these people are!

Do your part by sending hate mail to zenmed.

None, It did nothing at all. It didn't help or make anything worse.
