Pros:

-Smells nice
-Reduces size of pores (temporarily)

Cons:

-doesn't work as intended

I wouldn't buy them again. They're fairly costly, at $10 for a box of 14, I think it was. I've seen many photos of strips filled with the dirt and such in pores, but when I pulled the strip off, nothing was on it. This was my procedure before using the strip. -Steam face for 5 minutes -Use my regular cleanser -Pat dry face except for nose -Apply Biore strip -Wait 25 minutes (just in case it needs a little longer to stick) -Remove strip So for something that smells nice but doesn't work, I would invest my money in something else.

Pros:

none

Cons:

hurts when you take off
doesn't help with pores

I used this about twice a week since I bought it. This is the reason why I ultimately don't recommend it. There was this one day that I used the strip after I showered. My nose was fine; no pimples on my nose, just the regular little pores on my nose that I wanted to shrink with the strip. I used it then removed it in the time directed on the box. When I took it off, there was a medium sized purple-brownish bruise looking mark on my nose. It was really dark and it stood out. Thankfully it went away in 3-4 days. I have been scared ever since and haven't been using it. I googled it and there were a small few who had the same problem. Use at your own risk.

You're not supposed to use them that often because the physical pulling might rip or bruise the skin. Should be obvious after one use but apparently not. It will not shrink your pores. It will remove buildup that's holding the pores open but you have to mitigate clogging them up again by using something not goopy like straight witch hazel as a toner after washing you're face with a frothy and oil free wash

a scam
These rip out your sebaceous filaments. Those aren't acne. Haha, they'll just fill right up again!

They remove blackheads. Sounds like it did exactly what it should.
December 23, 2008

Pros:

None.

Cons:

The glue on the strips is like hairspray basically.
Will not magically "pull out" blackheads, most likely to clog pores than "clear," them.

Better to just use a cream than mess with this sticky, ouchy method! Like I said, the glue that's supposed to pull out the blackheads is actually hairspray! HAIRSPRAY! That's why it stinks, that's why it's sticky, that's why it doesn't work! I beg you not to do this to your skin! If you're really intent on using them it's cheaper to use spray hairspray on cardboard and try to stick it to your nose...

Pros:

Smells nice

Cons:

Hurt like crazy!!
Left sticky stuff
Didn't show anything

I read the instructions and followed them. After about 15 minutes, when it really did feel like paper mache on my face, I tried to peel it off and it hurt so bad! My nose was so red after that, not to mention the icky sticky stuff it left, and when I looked, all I saw was more sticky stuff, I saw no dirt or anything left on the poor. Basically, I could have gotten the same results from duct tape. I know it works for some people, but it didn't for me!

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Useless, hurts more than you can imagine, takes off all little hairs on your nose you didn't even knew you had, did not remove blackheads whatsoever

This product hurts more than helps. 1. They are not cheap. 2. Does not remove blackheads. 3. Left a black and blue spot on my nose even after following directions correctly. 4. Tried it with my best friend and did not work for them either. 5. This hurts so bad. Don't believe me? Well go for it yourself, but you will be wasting your money. Just had to post this because I am so frustrated with this product. Do not buy this! If you do, well you will see that there will be no results. Wish I could give it a 0 out of 5.

Pros:

Took off hairs on my nose

Cons:

Did not remove any blackness from my pores! it hurt so bad to take off even though i saturated it with water.

Waste of money...does not work!! Seriously dissapointed
August 1, 2011

Pros:

It luckily didn't rip my skin off my face.

Cons:

I would have given this money a zero rating, if that was an option. It removed NOTHING from my pores. Left a lot of glue like residue. Made my nose, forehead and chin turn red and sting. Pointless, waste of money and time.

Don't buy this product unless you enjoy spending your money on things that don't work and cause you physical pain.
