Pros:

works on rosacea, gets skin back to normal color and will definately prevent whiteheads. I think it is slowly getting the gunk out of the blackheads too but they are stubborn.

Cons:

my husband called me a skunk, and also accused me of "not wiping" and refused to kiss me..this product smells like a garbage truck on a hot day.

basically you got to already be married to try this stuff cause your face will stink so bad that u will turn men off..but hey,...there is a reason that I am still using it ..it works. oh and at the office...people keep accusing me of lighting matches in my cubicle....cause I got this perma-stink thing now, but I guess its better than a permanently red and bump-filled face...which was the situation last year so last year nobody could look at me...now they smile at me but they keep their distance. I am complaining heavily about the stink because I hope that the makers of clearsil will make a "fragrance" free version cause I need this stuff and have no choice.

Pros:

It works. This is the ONLY acne medication that I've found that COMPLETELY clears up my skin. (And I've tried every variation of benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid treatment out there...)

Cons:

The smell. I don't mind it terribly, but my husband HATES it... It's got a potpourri scent with a hint of sulfer...

I'm definitely sticking with it, and keeping my fingers crossed that Clearasil will fix the scent...

Pros:

It is a pretty good product for adult acne. I'd like to recommend this for people who might be suffered with adult acne. I have been using this product for 6 months.

Cons:

It causes little driness to my skin. It smell pretty bad but tolerable. It is tinted which means guys can't use it daytime.

I've tried Benzoyl peroxide and Salicylic acid. The former worked but caused extremely dry skin, and the latter didn't work well. I believe there are two "direct" causes which develop acne: bacteria and dead skin cells. If you tried antibiotics, such as Benzoyl peroxide and Salicylic acid, and failed, you have to try this Sulfur and Resorcinol combination to prevent dead cells clumping together. It also work on inflammation; that means it reduces redness of your pimples. I have been troubling with acne for a long time. And I tried dozen of products within 1 year. At least for my skin, this product works best. Nonetheless, I recommend you to choose proper cleansing and moisturizing products. They should cooperate. As a intensive care cream for adult acne, it is recommended without doubt. I put the CVS price without tax below. It cost a little bit low online although they usually require shipping/handling fees.

Pros:

Works really well on acne

Cons:

Smells, discolors/bleaches clothing

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I have used it for years, and have always had to replace damaged clothing. Although the warning is on the label, it's just not worth it in the long run. It's funny how there is no rating option for recommending this product. I'm done with it.
