Cons:
increased acne in areas not applied (or applied less) possibly because C.O.T. increases skin cell turnover in surrounding areas too
may take a few hours for dryness to go away
must be rinsed off
best solution for my skin. my routine:
wet skin, apply half a pea sized amount of C.O.T. evenly but slightly more on important areas such as face
rinse
Pros:
have tried hundreds of products but this is the best i've found for my skin
tones skin (acidic ph 5.5)
exfoliates
not as harsh as vinegar (not as drying for example)
does not contain hidden oils like lemon does (lemon oil!)
does not cause photo sensitivity to me (unlike baking soda does to me at least)
acidity helps deodorise underarms even after washing off
helps lower skin ph to a healthier level
convenient to use
nice smell unli
