Pros:

inexpensive, easy-to-use, and most importantly, EFFECTIVE

Cons:

none

I use it in the shower every day, and this treatment should come in at about $6/month. The bar leaves me feeling clean (but not stripped) and my various giant acne are all but gone. I could see using this product with a mask maybe for a complete solution, but I'm going to see how this goes for another month. Cheapest acne solution ever? Could be..

Pros:

IT WORKS!!!! Natural product, inexpensive

Cons:

None

I recently took a medication that broke my cheeks out in blackheads and whiteheads that just kept popping up and were taking forever to heal. And the pimples were leaving behind bright red marks. BP wasn't doing much and glycolic acid was only marginally better. I bought the 3 bar pack from KAVI website. I have never used a bar to clean my face so it was a new experience. I wet my face, grab the bar and get it a little wet, the rub it on my face until it foams up. I then let it sit on my face for a bit, almost like a mini treatment maybe 2 minutes, then rinse. I use the bar twice during the day. This soap leaves my skin clean, soft, and maybe a bit dry but definitely not tight or uncomfortable. Since I have oily skin I need a little drying. For a sulfur soap the smell is mild and I actually enjoy using it. The best part is that it WORKS on clearing up acne!!! I started noticing results after two uses! I know that sounds unbelieveable:) (I also reviewed KAVI on MUA).

Pros:

Helped with body acne (bacne)

Cons:

Dried out face
Made me break out
Whiteheads everywhere

I read all the great reviews on Kavi products and was excited to try them out. Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed. The Coral soap was way too harsh and drying for my skin, it made me break out with a ton of white heads on my face. And my skin is NOT sensitive. It did help with my bacne though, I used on my body with decent results. Way too strong for my face though.

Pros:

I am enjoying my Coral Kavi. For the first week it was amazing and cleared my face, but I have woken up to some random pimples since starting the Kavi. They have cleared up fairly fast though!

Cons:

None, though will be looking at some of the other anti acne products at Kavi for the extra boost.

Clear out your medicine cabinet and make room for Kavi!

Pros:

An amazing acne product that is above all else SAFE to use over the long term.

Cons:

None.

Like probably most people, I had a derm that had me taking tetracyclene for years to combat my acne. My acne never went away and now I'm 28. Before having discovered this site and KAVI, I've been reading a lot about "super strains" of acne bacteria that develop on skin as a result of antibiotics. This is acne that has grown so strong from long runs of antibiotics that nothing can treat it. I wonder if this is why we seem to have so much adult acne now than before. While mulling over the idea of a class-action law suit against the makers of tetracyclene, my googling took me to the shores of KAVI, who seems to be very focused on natural ingredients that can be safely used on a regular basis without the fear of making acne or anything else I don't know about increasingly resistant to medication. Bought the Coral and the Toner, washing twice per day with the bars and once at night with the Toner (cotton ball to apply). Peoples, we are 2 weeks in and my acne is better than it's ever been in my 20's and keeps getting better by the day. I've just purchased their salicylic peel (8%) and their SPF and sent an email to my derm letting him know about my "super strain" research and that instead of prescribing any more antibiotics for acne he should be giving out Coral KAVI for free with office visits. KAVI's products may not be for everyone as I don't think everyone has the same acne: but for the rest of us, this is a company that delivers on the hope that an answer could only be one little pink bar away.

Pros:

Has great anti-acne fighting ingredients listed as products.

Cons:

I guess it took me to this product to find out that I don't react well to one product: salicylic acid. Like a previous poster said, my acne has been slowly getting worse. Pustules/cysts around my lips have started re-emerging.

I put hope in this product but after so much usage of SA, I realized at this point, that I need to stop. I'm bout to switch to just the sulfur bar - Aqua Kavi. I've been on sulfur washes before and I can say I never reacted terribly to sulf.

Pros:

it's worked so well for so many people, kept my face relatively oil free for most of the day (I have VERY oily skin). Kavi customer service is excellent!

Cons:

BE CAREFUL!!!!! Take at least 2 weeks off BP, use just Dan's moisturizer and wash 2x daily until you are ready for Kavi coral---otherwise you will breakout from using antiseborrheic products simultaneously!

I was on Dan's regimen for almost a year up until last week. My skin was the best I've seen in about 10 years---almost completely clear---I realized (I'm 25) and I've been on BP for many years and I've been experiencing some signs of pre-mature aging due to all the dryness of my skin. I called Kavi and they said it's not good to be on BP long-term so I decided to give the coral a try because of all the rave reviews. It was day 6 yesterday and I've been progressively breaking out more and more ever since day one washing 2x per day. Just BE CAREFUL, because when I called customer service back they said it was because I was on BP for so long that it was too harsh on my skin to switch from one product to the next. I'm going to slowly ease back into it because I really want to believe their products work. Please let me know if any of you ran into this same situation!
