Clean & Clear : Continuous Control Acne Cleanser

My Advice: You have to figure out if your skin is more tolerant of Salicylic Acid or benzoyl peroxide. If you have a bad reaction to this BP cleanser try an SA face cleanser and if you don't tolerate SA try this.You have to try new products alone or it is virtually impossible to figure out what is working for you and what might be causing irritation. Also once my face cleared up I alternate with a non acne face wash to ensure I never have to worry about overly drying my skin. I think some people might be overdoing it. My Experience: I'm 27 yr old female and I had a ton of breakouts due to hormones on my chin and around my mouth. I tried several products including homeopathic and home remedies. It turns out the when I used salicylic acid on my skin it burned and caused itchy peeling red blotches on my skin. This is extremely gentle compared to salicylic acid washes. Cleared my skin and redness I got major complements after using this on how my skin is super clear.

I got this because my dermatologist gave me benzoyl peroxide cream! Since its 10% i thought, awesome a lot! So I bought this and tried it out. It's very refreshing, cooling, and smells kinda nice. People ere are like OMG IT BLEACHES MY STUFF!! well... IF U READ ON THE BACK THAT IT BLEACHES U SHOULD OF BEEN PREPARED!! GOD! So when following the steps i pat my face dry with a white towel. I have very very very bad acne everywhere, every spot on my face. It's slowly going away. EFFECTIVE USE: 1. wash face with hot water 2. message/rub in the product 3. let it sit for 30 seconds 4. any thats left on your face take cold water and massage the rest in 5. then pat face dry with a WHITE towel hope i helped!

My acne started when I was 15 and I'm 22 now. I went to a dermatologist for two years. I tried retin a, cindamyicin, doxycline anitbiotcs, tazorec, but none of those worked. I have had moderate success with benzoyl peroxide cream and then applying moisturizer. Similar to the regimen. In one month this amazing cleanser has cleared my face and body acne. Yes, I also wash my acne prone areas in the shower with it! I only wash my face with it at night and then apply a moisturizer. It is a simple and effective routine for me. I am so thrilled I have finally found something that works!

I'm a 16 year old girl and I've been using this for 4 years. I wash twice a day for a bout 30 seconds and it works like magic.. the affects haven't changed at all since I started using it in 8th grade. i use aveeno ultra calming moisturizer after rinsing my face off. btw i have oily acne prone skin..

I got this about a month ago and I use it right before the Clinique 3 step sysem and it works great! woohoo(:

After a while the product will show no RESULTS, I tried leaving a little bit of the product on the acne area but nothing worked. After a month or so, my acne was completely GONE!

I have tried countless face washes, Dan's regimen, Tazorac, and Minocycline with no reliable results. This acne wash has gotten rid of countless comedones scattered on my cheeks. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I washed my face with it one night, and the next morning, these stubborn bumps on my face were gone. I've been using this product for about 6 months now and the results are, for the most part, consistent. Sometimes I pick out of (bad) habit, but when I don't, my skin stays clear. I highly recommend this! It's my miracle wash!

I've been using this product for about.. 6 or 7 days. I picked it up at Target after returning an expensive acne regime that didn't work (The Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions, if you're interested). This was cheap, and it had 10% BP, so I figured I've tried everything and might as well try this. After the first two days, my big acne bumps weren't really red anymore and a lot of my deep persistent whiteheads that I've developed on my checks and can't get rid of, started to shrink and the majority of them are gone now! I've had an issue with them in particular for a while now, so it's a relief to see them gone. In such a short time, it's cleared up my face more than 70%. I'm definitely going to stick with this. But, it has irritated my eye area and a small area around my mouth. But it's nothing that I can't fix with my moisturizer and I recommend a little Vitamin E Gel (Notice, GEL, not OIL). Vitamin E Gel recently healed my face after a bad chemical burn, so it will repair minor dry and irritated skin quickly. But dealing with dry skin is better than dealing with acne, if you ask me. If you have tried just about every product like me, and salicylic acid just isn't doing it, this cleanser might just be for you.

It works just like its stated on the cream tube. (the same ingredient proactiv carries benzoyl peroxide but proactiv carries 2.5% and this one 10% which is about 5 times stronger than Proactiv. AND ONE QUICK EASY STEP ONLY !!not the 3 annoying steps.

I had acne since i was in grade 3. All the products I have used have worked well like a aloe vera gel and some products my mom lent me. But this so far is the best i have tries so far. Before i tried this i used to have acne all over my face. After using this it clear up my chin and cheeks. In the morning i use this and use clean and clear dual action moisturizer and in the night i use Shanez Hussain Scrub. I saw results instantly. Works like a Charm! Good Luck!
