Pros:

Clears acne, smells nice, clean feeling

Cons:

well it has BP in it so starting off be careful not to overdo it.

I few people here said the "tingly" feeling meant it was burning your skin. But don't worry, that isn't true.. if you will read the ingredients it has MENTHOL in it. If you have sensitive skin dont start off using this twice a day, just once and work your way up. But it did clear my acne in about two weeks and has continued to keep it clear. I'm very happy with this product... never been happier actually. I also used to have INCREDIBLY oily skin... after an hour my makeup would be coming off because of all the oil but now all day long i'm good. I just occasionally pat it with some toliet paper at work on my forehead but that's it. I use this twice a day, in the morning i put it on my face in the shower and rub it around like usual, then I let it sit there for a minute before washing off. At night.. i put it on and use a washcloth to exfoliate then i wash it off. I then apply a layer of it and let it sit for a bit like a mask.. then wash off. This is my method that works but may not work for everyone.

Pros:

it actually works and its not that expensive, one bottle lasts for about 2 monthes

Cons:

face is a little bit red after i use it, but then it clears up and my face is pimple free!!

its one of the acne washes that actually works and is generally inexpensive. Its key ingredient is benzoyl peroxide, which kills acne bacteria

Pros:

Has cleared my skin up! I was on Accutane before but afterwards my acne would always come back. I have tried many other products - ProActiv, Mary Kay, etc. None have worked as well as this for me.

Cons:

Bleaches fabric so be careful when using it.

I used Benzyl Peroxide cream (spelling?) a year ago as this site recommends and it worked as long as I was consistent with it. The problem: it was a tedious procedure and it really dried my skin out. This face wash gives me the same clear results as with the cream but without the hassle and dry skin. Plus, it's cheap. Always nice. :) Note: So you girls know, I am also on the pill which I think helps reduce hormonal related breakouts. As well, I use a small amount of Jojoba oil in the morning to soften and moisturize plus a regular moisturizer. I definitely think this product is a life saver for me! I have always had a strange combination skin which was prone to dryness and breakouts. This helps both factors.

Pros:

You don't have to worry about a 4/5 step process, just wash morning & night with this and straight away your skin feels clean & spots will start to clear up.

Cons:

I don't have anything bad to say, apart from how much it's now costing me since it's not available to buy in the UK.

AMAZING!!! I used this face wash the entire time i lived in Australia (18 months) & now i'm home in England i've had to resort to ordering it online & paying crazy shipping costs, but it's worth every penny as it's just THAT good. I've tried every possible cure for my skin, shop-bought, prescription-only & online medicines from the US but this is the only one where i noticed immediate results & it carried on working.

Pros:

You can feel it fighting the dirt!! I literally can feel my skin getting cleaned and it also gives my skin a great look afterwards!

Cons:

The smell!

My acne was really annoying so I looked for key acne fighting ingredients and found this one has a reasonable amount of bp along with zinc! And it was the smartest choice I made. My acne is finally in control and even my scars are fading:)

Pros:

Clears up breakouts.

Cons:

Can be irritating to sensitive eyes. Use small swimmers goggles.

I posted in January, and am still using the product. It continues to improve my skin 95%. Because the benzoyl peroxide can bleach clothing I purchased some bundles of inexpensive, white, wash cloths. I rinse my face and then pat dry with a wash cloth. Then I apply it to my dry face, work it in thickly everywhere I might breakout, wait a minute or two, and then wipe it off with a white washcloth. Then I rinse my face thoroughly with warm water. I moisturize with Cetaphil lotion afterwards. My eyes are sensitive, so I picked up a pair of small swimmers goggles to use. It is worth it to me for the improvement in the breakouts. My skin is older and I found using the benzoyl peroxide creams too strong and drying at some point. I went through all kinds of other remedies with poor results before finding this wash. Leaving it on for a minute or two is just enough to keep my skin clear and rinsing it off and putting on the Cetaphil lotion keeps my skin from getting too dry.

Cleanser that does what it says! Highly Recommended!
I have struggled with acne since I was 14 years old. I am in my early 20s now. I have used many different scrubs and cleansers mainly from the Neutrogena line. I wasn't too fond of the Clean & Clear line at first and was nervous to use Benzoyl Peroxide at first, but I said what do I have to lose but acne. So I read great reviews on this product and started using it in conjunction with "Botchla's Regimen"(a very popular regimen started back in I believe 2004 on this website) Here is the link. It a saved a lot of people's lives! [link edited out] LESS IS MORE! My skin cleared up so much. I would say my face is about 85-90% clear. I have combination skin. Normal cheeks and oily T-zone. The type of acne I used to get consists of white heads, bumps and occasional cyst which I didn't start to develop until a year ago before I started to use this product. The consistency is creamy and feels really smooth on your face! From Botchla's regimen I learn Salicylic acid alone doesn't cure acne you need Benzoyl to kill the deep acne forming called P acnes. So I use Biore Pore Unclogging scrub in the morning and then this benzoyl peroxide cleanser at night after using my Biore scrub and there you have it. The key is to keep using it consistently don't just stop after 3-4 days you will never see results. This does dry out your skin a little bit so make sure you use a good moisturizer.
