Pros:

Everything: I have only been using this for 2 days and I can already see and feel a difference. It is clearing up the post acne marks and drastically reducing redness, it is clearing up my blackheads and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.

Cons:

It is a little thick and takes a while to wash off.

I definitely recommend this product to anybody with acne or not. It started showing results in 2 days for me and is really helping with my acne.

Cleared up my cystic acne!
I've suffered from cystic acne for years. Going on birth control helped a lot, but I still consistently had 2+ big, painful, stubborn pimples at any given time. I tried every product under the sun and nothing made a difference. Finally I saw an ad for Pond's cold cream on facebook and someone had commented that it cured their cystic acne, so I decided it was worth a try. At about $4 a container, it was hardly a big risk. I used it at night as makeup remover, face wash, and moisturizer all in one. The first time I tried it felt strange because it's thick and feels a little greasy going on, but after washing it off my face immediately felt softer. After a few weeks of using it consistently at night, my skin started clearing up. And I didn't have any of the "it gets worse before it gets better" crap that a lot of acne treatments claim, it just took a few weeks for the pimples that were already there to go away. It's been about 5 months now and I don't have one single pimple on my entire face! I haven't had a breakout at all in at least 3 months. My skin tone is more even and my skin looks healthier and younger. I can't even explain how happy I am to have found a solution, and I can't believe it's not more widely known.

Pros:

Cheap
Smells Nice
Does not cause acne
Feels nice on skin
Soothes skin
Gives skin a nice texture and glow

Cons:

Does not come in a pump to prevent contamination

I am 36 and have struggled with acne my whole life. But as I get older and my skin gets drier and duller, I feel torn between preventing acne and nourishing my skin. I started using this product about two weeks ago in a desperate measure to prevent wind-burn on my face while I run outside in the winter. (I would rub it on and then not wipe it off until after my run). I was so shocked that it did not cause acne that I continued using it as a cleanser. I dip a clean q-tip into the jar each time to get the product out because I do not want to contaminate the contents (that may cause acne) and I rub it all over my face, neck and chest. Then I wipe it off with a warm, wet washcloth. Afterward, I use a toner on my chin, nose, and forehead to prevent acne and then follow-up with sunscreen in the morning and anti-aging cream at night. I have been doing this morning and night and have not used soap on my face at all for two weeks. I am hesitant to say it has cleared my acne because my acne cycles in and out so it is too soon to tell. But can can say with total confidence that this prodcut has not CAUSED me any acne and has left my skin looking clearer and brighter that it ever has. I dare to say this product is almost too good to be true, except that so far it is true. Do not be afraid to try this product, even if you struggle with acne. So far it seems to be the only way to clean and nourish my skin while still preventing acne. I am pretty excited about it.

Pros:

Gets rid of zits
Leaves skin feeling incredibly soft and radiant
Reduces red marks left from acne
Reduces size of pores
Inexpensive
Smells Great

Cons:

Absolutely Nothing!

This is the BEST product I have used on my face EVER! I've always had sensitive skin, but for years, it was. A "breakout" was when I would get one zit on my chin; however, over the last 2 years, my skin starting changing, and my breakouts started to become more frequent and severe. I'm 22, and I started to notice that my face was feeling dry and looking older. About a month ago my face freaked out, and I had zits galore, including a cyst on my cheek-a place I NEVER get pimples, so I knew I had to change my routine. My mother said my grandmother used Ponds for years and always had beautiful skin,so I figured I had nothing lose and tried it. Instantly, my face felt rejuvenated! There was no more tightness after cleansing my face, and it felt cleaner than ever. I noticed a difference after 1 night, and the cyst on my cheek went away in 3 days! This is amazing if you know anything about cystic zits as they usually take WEEKS to go away. The first week that I used it, it brought a pimple that had been under the skin for months to the surface and removed it within days. After 3 weeks of using it, I am absolutely obsessed, and my face has never looked or felt better. Friends are constantly commenting on how radiant my skin looks and asking me for my secret! I have already converted 3 of them, and so far they love it too! I rub a good amount on my face at night and a small amount in the morning, removing it with a damp washcloth. If I go out at night, I use the Ponds after I shower and apply my makeup as usual. It leaves my face looking and feeling fresh and not greasy in the least! If you use this product, I would not recommend using additional moisturizers. I think this is where people may go wrong & complain about greasy skin. This product is sufficient in itself as a moisturizer. Since starting this produ[link edited out] my skin has cleared, and I hav

Pros:

- very moisturizing
- removes waterproof makeup
- soothing
- doesn't make you break out
- heals dry skin fast

Cons:

None!

I had very dry knees, elbows, and hands, but after less than a week of using it, I had very smooth skin. Also, I noticed that when I used it for acne treatment, my acne was cleared in a couple of days. I paid $7.99 for the 9.5 ounce jar but I saw that the 3.5 ounce container was $4.99.

Pros:

Takes off every trace of makeup
Great packaging and scent
Hydrating
Inexpensive
Long lasting

Cons:

May be a little uncomfortable for people with extra oily skin
Leaves an oily residue but it does not bother me

This product is an absolute must for me. I use it to take off my makeup, regardless of how much I put on that day. Ponds Cold Cream lasts forever so you don't have to worry about buying more makeup wipes. I take a small portion of the cream and place it over each section of my face, starting from my eyes (if I am wearing eyeshadow), forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck. Using upward motions, I can already feel my makeup rising from my pores. I then take a sponge or cotton balls and remove it. If I feel that the cold cream did not fully come off my face, I rinse it. It is a great investment, and I personally favor it over makeup wipes.

useful
I have used cleansers from the most expensive to the least and when I started to use the Ponds Cold Cream to take my make-up off, found that it not only removed the make-up but my skin felt soft and clean. This product removed all traces of make-up, all. Follow up with your ponds cream day and night and you will never regret it. Experience it yourself and you will testify for yourself to your friends and family.

Unexpected results
Putting something so greasy and full of perfume on my face really went against everything doctors and dermatologist have told me. But I'm glad I did because I'm actually seeing results. I don't know if it stops new acne from forming but it is helping my existing acne (including cysts) heal way faster and also keeping my dry skin moisturized. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now putting it on most nights and some mornings if my skin is extra dry.

Pros:

Moisturizes
Clears Acne

Cons:

Non Natural Ingredients
Greasy Feeling

I have have light to moderate acne for a while now. It seemed like it was getting worse recently, I was breaking out frequently, my skin tone was uneven, and I was feeling uncomfortable. I was trying coconut oil for a couple weeks before trying this stuff. I desperately wanted coconut oil to work due to how natural and pure it is without any chemical ingredients. Unfortunately, it didn't really. I was really nervous about trying this stuff due to the unnatural ingredients in it, the consistency (which is very thick), etc. I went for it one night, and I actually quite liked it. I have not broken out badly since starting it about a week ago, my skin has cleared significantly and evened out in tone, I went out today without any make up for the first time in a few weeks. My routine involved washing my face with this and hot water once in the morning and once at night, followed by a watered down raw apple cider vinegar facial toner (which I think has been greatly improving my skin tone and reducing break outs as well). It's been nice. I don't even mind the greasy feeling, which definitely exists, but goes away after rinsing off and drying. I even enjoy the mild scent, and I am generally quite scent sensitive. So far so good.
